Service was exceptional from greeting me, taking me to the product (rather than just pointing me to the area) and then carrying the product to the check out. A Really good customer experience.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Felix from JB Hi Fi and I am extremely impressed with his customer service. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect product for my needs. I was particularly impressed with his attention to detail and his ability to explain the features and benefits of different products in a clear and concise manner. Great work Jethro for excellent service. I'm glad I left Forrest Chase and went to Enex after receiving unacceptable tone and service. I'm very happy with the products and the price.

100 times better to deal with than the Forrest Chase store, better range of items and friendlier staff, so other than not being as easy to find there is absolutely no reason to go there instead of here.

Some salesperson are quite incompetent. Be careful of what plan/deals/discounts they give you. Double check, or better look at other branches or tech stores instead!

A staff member offered $50 off to sign up for the Mobile extras plan which I can cancel due to cooling off.
However, no details were sent to me, didn't offer a receipt to be sent to my number and SquareTrade has no record of my e-mail. Seem like a purposeful attempt to make it difficult to cancel a product I wasn't interested in.
Probably a breach of the General Insurance Code.

Morgin sold my hub an LG A9N Multi vacuum cleaner and nothing was too much trouble regarding advice. He came away really impressed! (Now all he has to do is learn to use it:)

I bought a new mobile phone. Customer service was excellent. Security guard at the front door convinced me to just buy it now.

MANY staff are ingnorant, Rude posers. Tiny shop with no TVs. Forrest Chase is 10 times better. Strangely the tiny security guards are feisty.

Great service. I bought a laptop which had a fault with the screen. Swapped it straight away. JBHIFI is my go-to.

Josh was so helpful and honest when I entered the store today absolutely clueless about what I needed. I came out informed with the product that was right for me.

Just tried calling the store to make a change to a delivery. After being put on hold, I have gotten through to the store only to be hung up on.twice!

So called sales person tried to tell me Android phone was slower lol then iPhone. Lost a dale from me because she had no darn clue what was talking about. Worst store for to ask questions in regards to products. Avoid.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Purchased a variety of items like Apple watch, ipads, Android pads ans ear buds. Very competitive price and clean store.

I was last week to the store and I purchased a new iPad and Felix looked after me as usual and he spent a lot of time explaining and setting it up for me.
I know Felix for 10 years and he is the best team member and I only love to be serve by him.
He is an asset to JB Hi-Fi.

Weird layout to this store has all conventional items you expect from jb but it lacks structure & you have to wonder around to fund items, it's also shares it's location with the buildings food court, so could quite possibly be an expensive visit to this destination.

I had absolutely the nicest experience of buying my Iphone 13 Pro here! I was helped out by someone named Jarad I think? It was truly one of the nicest customer service experiences I've had all year - I also love my new phone and he got me an amazing deal!
