JB Hi-Fi

A little bit too muddled for me being an oldie, but it has great stuff. Staff are friendly and they help you even if you don't know what you really need (tech stuff is awful) they know and will help. Don't know if the store is clean because it is jammed packed. Love the place. An adventure.

Lots of staff, many different options and opinions on products, it's very helpful if you don't really know what you're looking for each department has at least 1 person who knows what you're after.

With this store it has most but not all the products you'd want, if you're looking for a larger range of house hold appliances then go to JB-Hi-Fi Home in Joondalup, it's not too far.

I still recommend shopping around online, as long as you can find other deals from big retailers in Australia. They may price match or just beat it for you.

Jen was exceptional. Her care, patience, and professionalism was well above all standards. So genuine and I know, because I used to manage in retail. A rare gem in any business.

Cody was friendly and very knowledgeable on all items in this shop. Great service.

Make sure you know WHAT you want. The staff are initially attentive but then completely disappear, never to return.

Staff all too busy standing around gossiping or flirting to be bothered with customers, and if you do by some miracle find someone to help they act completely uninterested. Not an isolated experience, happens every time I go to this store (doesn't happen at the other store I frequent in Ocean Keys). Lost the not-inconsiderable sale to The Good Guys where the service was immediate and friendly (and the item in question cheaper, to boot).

JB Hi-Fi seem to have the DVDS that other shops don't. Wanted an old movie on DVD and they had it. Wonderful, plus we picked up a few more while we were there.

Staff are mostly friendly, nice, customer aware people who make customers feel important.

I was there to buy phone ariund 5.40, someone said can't do today by 6.00.so come again tomorrow or Friday. It was a Tuesday. Something is wrong there. Never went back.

Bought a new phone from here and it was faulty when i opened it up, staff were amazing at getting me a replacement, but had to go to Whitfords, but the service was excellent.

Great range of items and staff are super helpful. Just don't submit a Purchase Order as it is painful getting someone who understands this process.

Returned an item to the TV department and the staff member buggered off, after saying he was going to fetch the supervisor, and left me standing waiting for nearly half an hour and never returned. Another staff member eventually served me making on he didn't know his colleague. He also started questioning me on why I was returning the product. It took nearly one hour to receive my refund! Manager tried to sell me another item cheaper but still was more than the price advertised by other stores. The staff are trying their best to ignore customers, walking around the store pretending they're busy, standing around yapping to each other, and totally clueless on their own products. Another staff member told me the SD Card I was looking for was sold out when it was in stock in a camera cabinet behind him. The payment card machine was not accepting my card and the staff member was suggesting that I was typing in the wrong pin number when I wasn't then was met with a bad attitude from them making me feel like an idiot. Will never visit or buy from them again.

Great service, quick & easy. Was able to pre-order and Xbox Series X + ps5 and got both picked up within a couple months. While apart, I’m happy we got both without going to ridiculously high prices on facebook market. Ps5 games are not priced competitively in comparison to other retailers. Perhaps its something to do with offical pricing of Sony itself. But $125 dollar for one game is hefty price tag!

I just experienced the most incredible service from a lovely woman called Faye. She really went the extra mile to accommodate to my very tedious request and was more than happy to do so the whole way through! Excellent customer service and an all round great outcome! So appreciative, thank you Faye!

Great customer service. Sad in regards to stock levels. Empty boxes on display when they actually don't have stock on hand. But helpful team members nonetheless

We were looking for the mini mac, they didn't have it in store but it was very well staffed and a very nice crew. Man alive I would of gone nuts updating my tech. Aaaannddd the incredible food processing ninja gear. Want want want. Worth the look.

Had a problem with my Galaxy Buds live. They had been set off once for repair already, after a quick chat with Noah and Chris they sorted my issue for me promptly and professionally. True credit to the Jb Hifi team, store and brand. Great work guys!

Hi there, just wanted to say that Alex T (manager of the phone department at Lakeside Joondalup) went over and above to help us out with the purchase of a new phone yesterday. Not only did he help us with the Telstra plan (which I know JBHiFi sales staff always do) but he helped us to purchase the right kind of phone for us - one that we can switch to the 3G network as that is the only network that can service our area. He also spent time to help me transfer all of my data over (something which would have taken me hours to do). I walked out of there with a brand new phone, able to use it straight away to message people for my business. He took all the hassle away and didn't forget to wish me a happy birthday when I left.
