JB Hi-Fi

JB are great to purchase from but terrible if you need any after-sales service.

Spent $1600 on a phone and they want to send it in for repairs instead of give a replacement and they consider "4 to 6 weeks" as a reasonable time frame. They don't seem to care about Australian Consumer Law. I need to open a case with Consumer Protection to try and get support for my faulty device.

Good shop. The biggest let down is the lack of phone reception, especially when trying to tap n go via your phone. Not the shop's fault, but the entire shopping centre.

Excellent customer service. Xode range of products. I was approached within 5 minutes of entering the shop - looking very confused! I was approached by a very kind staff who was very knowledgeable on car chargers (which is what I was looking for) and was able to find an item even better than what I found online, and for cheaper! Very quick transaction too, because who likes waiting to pay
The security guards are also very kind and always give you a smile

This store has some of the nicest and most attentive shop assistants working there. Each time I have been, I have been approached on the floor with service, as opposed to hunting for someone to help. It's well organised and clean, and seems well rostered with staff.

Twice ive been in to the mobile phone section, and twice a worker has stood at the desk and not once asked for help.terrible customer service will never shop at that store again

Bad customer service, we got told no time for us, he was banging the tablets front of us, no manner, looking down to someone who doesn’t have a knowledge, and after he wondered why I’ve a bad attitude?

Bought JB hi fi gift card worth $1899 after enquir about iPhone 14 pro max.
After 5 mins, staff was ignoring me because they don't have stock and asked me to get another phone. When I ask them if you don't have stock why are you displaying things? They told me that it's dumbest que. And did not ans. Very unprofessional and wasted my hard earned money. They should have let me know about out of stock before buying gift card worth $1899.

Wide range of delightful flavours. Waffle cones were a disappointment. Overly brittle and disintegrate easily

Very good phone manner, harrison in computers on the job, pleasant fast and very helpful, good sevice, silence on the phone whilst being transferred disconcerting, wasnt sure if had been disconnected, girl told me music etc wasnt working, i rang back thinking i had been cut off.but service was cheerful and fast.

Don’t bother calling this store. They’ll put you on hold for over 20mins and then forget about you! Also really poor at providing mobile phone services. Staff need to be more attentive and listen to customers when changing plans over.

I have been back and forth about upgrading my sound bar and tv for awhile. To nervous to pull the trigger as i didnt know enough about it. Toddy was absolutely amazing he knew everything. So easy going and relaxed. He was so extremely genuine and seemed like he was truly trying to get me the best deal for my budget and for the quality i was looking for. I can not recommend you see him enough

Had a very poor customer service experience, a young guy who definitely doesn't have the minimum skills how to approach to clients and neither how to sell. Went to buy a tv and asked about it and was very rude, low class.

Similar size compare to Westfield carousel shopping center JB Hi-fi. Not too crowded, good shopping experience

Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, has pretty much any basic piece of technology you'd be looking for

Yesterday I recieved excellent 5 star customer service from Jaz. She made our Easter amazing by phoning us to say our PS5 was available in store and had so much knowledge and information about the product when we picked it up. Thanks so much.

Staff almost look like they're actively running away from customers. Standing their wanting to buy something and have to wait 20mins to find someone that can unlock it so you can take it off the shelf. What a joke.

Stood here for 10mins to buy a tv and sales staff just look at me and keep chatting amongst themselves and then walk straight past me out the back.

A typical JB hi-fi store, to quite large and busy when I went though access to staff was reasonable.

Absolutely amazing! The guy who helped us was Benji, and he was so helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we got the right product and knew everything we needed to about it. We are so happy with the product we got. Benji made our day!
