This store I'd prolly one of the cleanest and best kept in perth. Staff always friendly but always shop around can normally find products cheaper elsewhere

Went in there to buy a Bluetooth speaker but they didn't have a power cable so I could listen to the speaker on display. I looked at reviews online and decided I would buy it to be told they had no stock. Try somewhere else because they are not serious about selling products.

Been meaning to give a review since June- July 2022 and here it is finally.
Bec the store manager is hands down the best retail manager I've encountered in a long time. She helped smooth a major issue when switching from optus to Telstra. She was patient and was batting for the customer the whole time. Thanks Bec for a memorable customer service experience.

I went there to buy a speaker system and ended up walking away empty handed. There seemed to be plenty of staff but two people were dealing with one person at the counter and they genuinely didn't seem interested in doing business with anyone. The place wasn't at all busy I think the staff there just weren't interested. Not saying it is bad all the time because I am rarely there but it wasn't a good experience. I did wait a reasonable amount of time.

I was there recently much prefer Clayton st to the midland store, Jack was very efficient and understanding when ones phone is out of order, hes a keeper need more like him

I had a problem recharging my mobile and was rescued today by Bec who sorted everything and ensured I had the exact plan I wanted. Heads up boss, she is a keeper!

Staff could be more helpful with directing to the right items, but overall friendly. Some items look fainted and dusted.

It's okay.they never have anything I want everytime I go the item isn't in stock

Cecelyn provided exceptional service during my recent visit. Not only was she knowledgeable about the products in the store, but she was also patient and kind as she helped me find the perfect product for my needs. Cecelyn made the experience of shopping for electronics a breeze, and I left the store feeling confident in my purchase and grateful for her help. I would highly recommend Cecelyn and this store to anyone in need of electronics.

Ok staff a bit slow to approach me they were not busy but when can over the service was ok,

I've unfortunately had really bad experiences with the JB Hifi brand, however, the exceptional customer service I received here was a breath of fresh air.

Carl assisted me and my girlfriend in finding a case for my phone.

The ROG 6 phone, finding the case for it was quite tricky but Carl went above and beyond to help us and even organize the pickup of the order from another store.

He was professional, helpful and incredibly friendly.

I managed to finally get the case after a lot of searching.

I was super impressed by the level of service I received from Jack when I visited the store last week with my father. We were looking for computers and were very appreciative of the time and afforded us. Jack's product knowledge and willingness to help was next level.

Jake, my store salesman, will be the reason I return to the store and recommend it to others.

His service and assistance was exemplary and his efforts in obtaining my desired item for purchase was genuine and very thoughtful.

A great experience overall.

Went to buy a new ipad for uni and was told they don’t do apple price matches for the student discounts even though it says they do on the website.very disappointed.hope they fix what it says on the website.

Very helpful staff, some show their knowledge and if they don't, they can helpfully direct you to someone who can. Would recommend here over Harvey Norman if you're in the Midland area looking for new appliances

Had a day off and went to look at games found it interesting that second hand games are seemingly being sold at full priced ones and not claimed to be preownwd? , even the cases have obvious photocopied and hand cut sleeves put in them to appear brand new but been patched with a sticky tape tape just a bit off putting and hesitant to trust the business moving forward, if I pay full price I want brand new not it’s newish and used so you clean it up so you can still charge full price. Good luck

Whatever needs you have with TVs and antennae, stereo systems, phone accessories etc, JB will have it. They have an awesome range of TVs etc but I usually go straight for the music section. Alice In Chains, Nine Inch Nails, Ministry, Rob/White Zombie, Tool.excellent variety available

Great service, running low on stock ATM Like a lot of businesses, however if your a realist, Welcome to the world. Keep up the great work.
