Helpful guy in sales offering opinion on Sony and Bose ear buds. I preferred Sony and purchased. The till staff explained about taking the product home outside Australia and claiming tax refund.

Extremely helpful staff member who seemed to genuinely care that I get the best deal according to my preferences.

Went to the Murray St store on 29/8/22 because my new Samsung Galaxy A23 was frozen and would not work. Met Jimmy, who was incredibly helpful and set up my phone for me. It now works well. Thank you so much Jimmy I am so grateful, you are brilliant with mobile phones and a really nice guy as well. I am recommending J B Hi Fi Murray St to anyone who need help with a mobile phone. Called up and the staff could not have been more friendly or useful trying to help me find a discountinued TV. Ultimately wasn't successful but the guy on the phone was so patient and empathetic I was super impressed. Thanks!

The staff know their products too. Every department is run by someone with the knowledge to put you in the right direction.

The prices aren't just competitive, they're amazing. Just compare them to the other stores around town and you'll see.

Bought a Tv & Sound Bar over the weekend. Very good service and got a pretty good deal overall.
Saw that the sound bar was advertised at cheaper price elsewhere & they were happy to price match it for me.
Will recommend this store to whoever is looking for good service & great choices of products.

Rang for mob costing. Dan gave me good info. Matched a deal. Ran to get there before closing. No staff! Had to wait & wait. Finally saw a name tag & asked if he had my phone. Yes at counter but had to buy a plan as well! That's NOT matching & not what was offered. Not getting my business. All in all terrible

My visit today was generally fine however the manager I dealt with to return/exchange a product was quite rude initially. Maybe had a rough morning. Anyway she came around in the end and was friendly/helpful.

I think she realised she had been abrupt with me and changed her tone but my honest feedback would be to take a breathe and deal with the customer in front of you. If the instructions received from your staff are not clear don't get frustrated and make it obvious to everyone around you, especially with the customer.

Great store and company. Amazing staff too just today was not the best experience.

Store is big with a lot of choice. Unfortunately I asked a staff member questions about the difference between two Xbox series S controllers, she couldn't answer. One controller comes with two batteries, one with a cable, but the information on the packaging do not say the same information which is a mistake from Microsoft. Anyway I just felt that she wanted to hurry to put my orders into her seller account so she could get her sales bonus. I hate when they do that, seem so unprofessional. Also no toilets, had to go to another store.

Bit slow on the service. When you asked someone to help you it tooks time. Plus can see most of the staff having a chat rather than assisting customer

Big disappointment. Stood around for about 30 minutes in area and only saw 2 staff. No assistance so left. Noticed prices seemed high on some basic items like USB leads and chargers etc.
Bought phone from another location.

Pretty good range, but not as much as other JB Hifi stores. Stood around for 10 minutes (maybe 5mins) waiting for someone to help me buy a TV but no one was available so I left. It was reasonably busy though I dont hold that against them.

Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. The only person that asked/helped me find the things I was looking for was the security guard.

Nice large store for a city store. Customer service I've found is excellent, although a little hard to find someone sometimes. Counter staff can be a bit blunt when serving, and could be a little more friendly.
Jimmy helped me out today and was great with his recommendations and his knowledge.

Great store very helpful and they know there stuff and if it isn't working for you happy to refund. Cheers guys il be in again soon keep up the good work very happy.

I was looking for a iphone 12 pro phone case, and asked one staff for help. He just told me that I need to find it myself in that area. Very disappointed service!

Thank you JB HIFI! I got locked out of my house, phone battery had 10% left and the other key is 45 minutes up North. The lady helped me charged my phone and let me stayed until I'm ready for the road safely! I'm so thankful and grateful for the kindness!
