Great store with most staff being friendly and very knowledgeable store is kept clean with a massive range just very crowded, good luck if you have a trolley or pram!

I found what I was looking for I looked in Melbourne and then here only place that the new olivia newton john cd was in clarkson

Good price. Lost both stars for being too pushy with upselling. I just wanted a tv and she was trying to get me to change phone plans. When I started getting frustrated she moved on to my partner. When I told her dhe wasn't interested either, I just wanted the TV, she moved on to her 16yo son trying to get him to make a phone plan with them. Sound bars, laptops.extra half hour messing around for what should have been one minute in store, I knew what I wanted. I guess next time I should click and collect

Very disappointing. Asked for advice on tablets and got told it sounded like I needed to do more research. I came to the store for advice and someone who would know about the products…uncomfortable experience.

Pretty poor experience unfortunately. Waited a bit for someone to come help as the staff had congregated around the tills burping loudly and laughing, to which my young kids commented on their lack of manners

Staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. If they don't know stuff they will find another staff member who does.

Good store with good knowledgeable staff that genuinely seem interested. An easy store to browse around and make a purchase if you need.

Purchased some electronics recently, what you would normally expect for a JB HI FI, Clarkson store is located next to food hall and has a phone repair/phone case store in front of it, so handy.

I would suggest going online and selecting what you want before going into the store, the layout is abit confusing so easy to ask staff exactly what you want.

Good tip to ask staff when sales finishes because they will not discount products to sale prices after it is no longer on sale.

Claimed an extended warranty covered by jbhifi, got a new gaming mouse back.staff s very efficient and helpful.

I honestly don't know how jbhifi clarkson has a 4.3 star rating, my wife went into the shop to by me a samsung s20 phone cover the person she spoke to said u r better of going to the phone fixit shops in the mall and buy 1 from there he couldn't even be bothered having a look to see if they had any so she walked out what great customer service, oops there wasn't any.

Thank you Colby for making our purchase very easy, the item we wanted wasn't in stock and straight away you sorted a transfer from another store, you was extremely polite, and very helpful, we would definitely shop here again.

It's not easy to move in the store as it's too crowded with stock and was claustrophobic as a result.

Walked into the clarkson store that was not busy, there were more staff than customers. Walked around for 10 minutes looking for what I needed not once did staff come over to ask me for assistance. When I asked for assistance the young lady requested for someone to come over. No formal acknowledgement of when someone was coming to assist. 10 minutes later whilst the girl was happily talking to the security guard I simply left and didn't purchase the laptop & watch I wanted. I'll be taking my money else where.

Customer service needs to be looked at:)

There is no way i would have given this review if it wasn't for Kat in the warehouse. We bought a tv and had some issues, had to return the tv and get another one delivered and Kat organised it all for me, she kept me updated the whole time and got our new tv out to us within 24hours. If you ever have any issues, i recommend dealing with Kat, she is amazing! Give this women a raise.

If you go to JB Hifi Ocean Keys DONT DEAL WITH AJ. He was rude, abrupt, unhelpful and threw cheap shots at us full of sarcasm when we asked a question. Horrible experience and AJ should NOT be working in customer service. Steer clear is my recommendation.

This particular store does not stock washing machines nor displays them.
Lucky we had a particular make and model in mind so no issue.
Sales staff always friendly and accommodating on discounting listed price when asked. YOU SHOULD ALWAYS ASK.

Great service always get the information I'm after especially when I want to know the comparison's between two brands. They have gone above and beyond comparing products and specs on there computers and always fits a great price.
