46Mixed reaction to JBhifi as staff have differing levels of experience and had to got back 3 times to get the product required. The last sales person I spoke to should have been the first, he was spot on with advice.
Great place love going in here and buy tech stuff. Great help from the staff. Even if we just go in for a look to see what's the latest gagets on sale.
Purchased a dvd player that stopped working after 2 weeks. The lovely lady there quickly tested it, saw the fault then offered either a refund or to get another dvd player and also gave extra money back as they could not get the dvd out of the dvd player. So quick and easy with no problems, very happy with outcome.
Found what we wanted, made the purchase. But first sales rep was not listening to my partner. He wanted something sports specific and she kept trying to sell him something he didn't want. After she left, had to chase down another staff member to get the product we wanted. Staff are hard to identify and not hard to get their attention.
I had a challenge with a product that I purchased today and Michelle the lady that served me when I came back to the store provided me with an outstanding customer service experience, she could not do enough to help me and promptly fixed the issue. I am an exceptionally happy customer, thank you so much Michelle and thank you J B Hi Fi, you have made my day.)
A very congested retail. Lots of foot traffic flow in from mall. A huge range of products. I especially liked the glasses that have speakers built in to lenses. The staff are very approachable and polite, thats a good trait. I took pics of the televisions side by side for a comparison, Samsung, Sony and LG. I actually liked the Hisense tv a very crystal clear picture that stood out.
After purchasing monitor and bringing it back the same day for a return due to some screen flickering issues I was met with respectful and helpful staff that allowed for a easy follow up transaction. Cheers guys, keep up the good customer service.

My issue isn’t the faulty product it is the way it was handled. Since the day we got our new tv it was faulty. Called up and organised for someone to come out and assess it and they were a no show. Every-time we called the store we were redirected to SONY who also didn’t do much. Finally I had had enough and called The store wanting a replacement which they were not gonna give as it had apparently been past the 90 days even tho it had only be 84 days. The person on the phone kept telling me if we had organised for someone to come out they would have shown up and that’s how their system works. He also said their policy isn’t to redirect us to SONY and that it wasn’t something their store did even tho that is what had happened to us many time. Pretty much insinuating I was making this stuff up. I told him it wasn’t fair to not offer a replacement as we have been trying to sort it since day one. FINALLY after 15 minutes on the phone of this back and forth he finally looked my name up on the system and seen I was telling the truth and his attitude quickly changed to apologetic. Why did it have to go so far for me to get my tv fixed? Numerous of phone calls and no shows.
Every time I go here I've got to wave down a shop assistant to help me. They walk around but they are not making themselves approachable. They are not consistent with their dress code so I have to look hard at people (which makes me feel uncomfortable) to see if they work at JB hifi or not
So since studying different stores throughout Rockingham City over the past year, Jbhifi in this location stands out to me as a store that is unique, vibrant and the staff are absolutely industrious and amazingly even at peak hour. What do the managers feed their staff? That's got me. I've never walked in to this store and felt ignored, unwelcome nor even annoyed with the amount of times different staff members offer me any assistance. I can say however you have one amazing person working within this store. Her name is Krean. I don't know what department she works in, but her service and knowledge is always on point. She even keeps a diary and will contact her customers when - what ever it is she needs to tell you becomes available. This to me shows the level of interest and enthusiasm that she has to not only please her customers, but to know that a couple of months down the track your still admiring her skill of handling the situation. Now the other thing that amazes me, is the security guards are always smiling approachable and they greet each person that walks in and out regardless of their ethnicity, what they're wearing, gender and even theives, and that to me is a massive 5 stars. Everyone who works at this location that I have dealt with has given me more than the amount of stars that I can select to share this review. What ever it is that you guys are doing, please keep on doing it, thankyou.
Bought a mouse it didn't work had to take it back 30mins later total of 1hr to buy and return the second one works hooray!
Went in today with my partner to buy a few 4k blu rays while they are on special. My partner was in the anime section browsing and was being stalked by 3 employees who were pretending to talk about work buy were clearly watching her every move. I was in the movie section bring watched by 2. That's 5 employees in one section watching us. No wonder there are never any employees around when you need help, they're too busy stalking customers simply browsing. I'm no their.don't stalk me just because I have a hoodie and beanie.
JB is the best, the staff know what they are talking about and if they don't have what you are looking for then there's a good chance they can source it or point you in the right direction
Great prices, including price matching, (not sure if that's their policy or I got lucky) and their staff are super helpful.
Some quite helpful staff. But quite a few rude ones who don't smile, are abrupt and try to pretend they can't see you need assistance. Good range of products but the store is cluttered
The staff here are fantastic, they know exactly what you need and what they are talking about. Jb Hifi Rockingham is my favourite store.

Hit and miss.
Sometimes the staff are friendly and approach you. Even seem interested in selling you stuff. Other times the do everything to avoid you. And won't look for things that online says they have.
Good staff service, but out of stock on the items displayed for sale. Had to buy a more expensive one.
