Jayde Transport / CTI Logistics Interstate - Perth

Shipped a 4WD to Adelaide with fishing gear and two surfboards inside. Good service, good price and the vehicle arrived a week later exactly when they said it would, and in the exact same condition that I dropped it off.
When I picked it up the bloke told me the car had been shipped over by rail - thumbs up for using the more environmentally friendly option.

Accounts manager Pauline was extremely (and very unnecessarily) rude - very disappointed in her professionalism and will be recommending to all I know to avoid this company at all costs. They offer low costs, but I would pay the extra money to avoid the negative experience I have encountered from this woman.

Excellent and fast service. My car was sent in an enclosed container by rail from Perth to Melbourne. It arrived within a week and the process was simple and efficient. Signed a piece of paper and paid the freight charges which was more cost effective than other providers. I obtained transit insurance from a separate company called Freight Insurance because CTI does not provide this. It was too easy. Thank you to Greg and the team for your prompt and friendly email responses and advice over the phone.

Went in to get my car and they told me it wasn’t there while they all laughed tried to talk to the manager/supervisor Chris and he wasn’t one bit of help was pretty rude and dismissive

I arranged with these guys to ship my car to Melbourne. I found them well priced, fast and with excellent customer service. The only reason I won’t rate five stars (four stars provided) is because the stickers they used on the windshield of my car were unbelievably sticky! They left an awful amount of residue that required me to go out obtain some products and put in quite a lot of effort to remove! My only feedback is to get different stickers for vehicle windshields.

Shipping interstate to Perth. Very disappoint for the service. Just use this company 1st time and no more again. Don't recommence. Not Professional at all. Very delay and no response for any information. Also no response and no information about tracking status.

Shipped a car interstate to Perth and was called and told to pick up the car as it had passed quarantine and was ready for collection. When I arrived I was told it was not ready while they smirked and offered no form of apology. It was a 2 hour round trip completely wasted due to their unprofessionalism, I wouldn't have been as annoyed if they were genuinely sorry as mistakes do happen.

I have used Jayde transport to transport my car from Perth to Melbourne. I would say Jayde does provide very good service with a reasonable price with less estimated time of delivery than any other Provider and the best part was, you can put as much as goods as you want in your car by just paying another $100. I would recommend everyone to use Jayde's service if they are planning to move their car interstate.

Good service. Got our car before expected date without damages from Perth to Melbourne. Happy about that.

Jayde Transport staff were friendly, helpful and explained everything required. They also let me put items inside my car to transport over east which saved me a little bit of money as well. I would use them again any time.
