I recently visited Jaycar Electronics and found the overall experience to be mediocre. While the store offers a decent selection of electronic components, I couldn't help but notice the lack of enthusiasm among some staff members. It felt as if I was inconveniencing them with my questions, and their emotionless demeanor left me feeling unappreciated as a customer. Despite this, the products are reliable, and the store is well-stocked, earning it a three-star rating from me. I hope the staff's attitude improves to create a more welcoming environment for customers.

Great electronics store.friendly, and helpful staff. Their product and component range is always fantastic. Lot's of cool gadgets to keep you amused no matter what your age is.

Our trip to Jaycar Malaga was a bit out of the way, but necessary for specific lugs. However, I was a bit disappointed with the customer service over the phone; it could have been friendlier. Nonetheless, the store had what we needed, making it a functional option when you're in search of specific electronic components.

I had a system that broke within 15 minutes of using it and desperately took it to Jaycar. Jordan and Kayleigh were brilliant with me and took care of the situation. Also, they are very knowledgeable with their equipment

I was just assulted by this horrible human being, had my phone taken from me.
While trying to return, once again LED touch light, that seems, none are glued together.

Two returns since 9th August.
Yes, a return, a day nearly.

My head torch, which, last time, wasn't refunded, then resold to me, so I'd have full warranty, a actual traceable account etc.
Which I need to use tonight, would, in her words, never be replaced.

Not good enough.
Products, "need to last 12 Months"
Service Staff, need to calm down.

I can handle, stopping my life, to return things.

The touch lights, that were thrown at me, no return, new receipt as should be done.
Told to immediately leave.

I can, will not be assulted, have my belongings touched, taken away from me.

No Customer should be abused, shouted at while they get "Served"

Yes, this happened at around 5pm, I am in the carpark here, hoping for an apology.

Replacement etc.
It hasn't happened.

Special Human with Pink hair is a pleasure to deal with, can't believe the two returns already, me happy to keep going with their product, etc.
Happened so smoothly.

But hea, different Humans se me differently.

One seen me as the "Devil"

One see's me as a "Saint"

One does enough to get paid.
One is there to "serve", have happy Customers return.

I've removed a previous negative review, and today I'm leaving a positive review! I went in yesterday to purchase a new 3d printer, and the staff member that helped me out was very helpful. She knew what she was talking about, and helped make me more comfortable with the (large amount to me) purchase. I'm very happy with the service I received yesterday, and will be happy to continue shopping there. Thanks

Poor service! Walked in on a Thursday afternoon, 3 young salespeople huddled together behind the service counter and I just get a look especially from the blondie, like I’m disturbing their day. I asked if I could get some help, young boy walks out behind counter to assist. Ask for a tv antenna cable male to female, he tells me I need a male to male well that didn’t work genius. So now I’m off to JB hi fi for some expertise advice for what I originally asked for!

I purchased some items from Jaycar Ellenbrook and was told I can return any or all unused items for a refund should I not use them as long as they are in original packaging.
I went to Jaycar Malaga and asked if they accept returns/ refund from other stores which the employee confirmed.
However when the what I assume was the manager was required to give authorisation for the register she has some attitude which I mentioned to her was quite rude.
She also ordered the employee to dispose and bin the brand new fuse items even they been in packaging from the Ellenbrook store, apparently due to being a consumable.
Her attitude as well as wasting brand new items is unacceptable therefore I won’t purchase anything from this store again.
The “manager” is the only one without a name tag and refused to give me her name thinking she could not be identified when I called Jaycar head office.

Worst customer service both times i went in. No advice, no assistance and attitude when i asked for help in choosing a product. Worse even, I was told I could return a product within 7 days with receipt and in its original packaging. When I returned it 2 days later I was told there are non return for headphones. This is something to take it up with the person that made the sale. How would I know the conditions of return is I had not been told by the employee that sold the product to me? The only nice person was the young man that processed the refund. I did not appreciate the "yeah whatever" from the lady that seems to be his supervisor.

Everything a maker could want, electronics, lights, fans, 3d printers with filament. I suggest always checking online if you are looking for something specific. I went here to get filament fory 3d printer and while doing so they are always very helpful if you need assistant. Would highly recommend to have a look even if it's just because it's hot out.

A few years ago I had a negative experience at the Midland store and vowed not to return.
But today I was in Malaga looking for a centre console fridge for my Cruiser and it had to be a certain dimension
The guys couldn’t be more helpful even grabbing the floor stock and making sure it it fit

Marc was so helpful even though this isn’t usually his store. He helped me so much on a project I needed. Even drawed up a diagram explaining everything well until I understood. Such Excellent service!
