I had the best experience at jaycar with the manager james or Jason I think his name was. If you have a project or a hobby that you want to build and you need assistance, he is the guy dead set. He spent over half an hour to an hr going over everything I needed, from 3d printers what each one can do best and what they can’t, the best flux for my soldering iron, never even knew you could get flux in a marker style, works amazing just like he said. The LEDS and going through different brightnesses and the power of the resister I needed, and the wire and the switches, Everything he recommended has worked perfect. I can see why he is running the place, I have been in most jaycars and this particular shop with the manager is by far the best.

Its a bit sad that other people have left some low reviews on this place, I think they have misjudged, and if they ever needed some real assistance in electrical knowledge like I did then they would find this place and the manager the bomb.

With my 3d printer, once purchased the manager said if I needed any assistance on set up or if I didn’t know what I was doing, then call up or pop in and he would explain, never before has anybody said that to me. And I purchased this on click and collect, most other places wld throw the box at you and then you leave.

So I would like to say Thank you to the manager for taking the time to help me in my new hobby. Thank you

Very rude manager. We’ve had an ongoing issue with a purchase and he has been most unhelpful with a terrible attitude. Always claims to be too busy to return calls to solve the issue.
We will be shopping at the Midland store in the future, they are always friendly and helpful there. Do not recommend the Ellenbrook store.

Never have I seen a store manager so rude to his customers and also has no respect for his staff.

I had gone to Auto Bahn, Repco etc to find a 60 amp SPDT 5pin Relay for a dual battery system on my Prado, to no avail. Thought before I travelled miles to another store, I'd try Jaycar. The guys there are extremely helpful, and we're able to find me one in-store. I couldn't believe it.
Knowledgeable people, helpful, and an asset to the business. Great work

Absolutely amazing staff willing to do anything to help out. I just bought an LED light building kit, they mixed up a component and the whole thing got replaced with no expense. Keep doing what y’all are doing

I went into this store this morning, and I have to say I received the best service and advice from Sam and Brandon. I am pleased to say with the encouragement and and help I received from them I successfully fixed a PCB board and now I don't have to buy a new subwoofer. I recommend this store to anyone.
