Didn't catch the guys name, but he had long hair. He went above and beyond to help me with an audio issue I came in with. He could've just let me buy what I came to the counter with but helped me out and got me the right product

Great range of electronics that cater to a variety of usage like CCTVs, cables, remotes, projectors, speakers and accessories. Staff are helpful in choosing what we're looking for. They also have a 7 day refund for change of mind.

We always love going to Jaycar. But sometimes not a good idea as we always walk out purchasing extra things that we don't need.

If i could give no stars i would. Useless Horrible staff and customer relations. They are of no help to customers.they have absolutely zero knowledge of electronics or even the basic electrical stuff they sell at excessively high prices. Dark sarcastic behaviour! I would give zero if there is. Alongside double-000 price compering to other options to internet. Our company will never deal with jaycar again. WE will close our account. ALTRONICS HERE WE COME!

Normally sceptical of big franchises, but was incredibly grateful to Isaac for greeting me and supporting me in understanding how I may want to setup my off grid solar setup! Helpful and patient, was a great Jayco visit

Found the adaptor I needed after some research by the sales assistant, very professional and friendly.

So damn popular I had to park around the back! Still, the exercise was good; and they had what I wanted, she had some good advice and let me take pics of the instructions so I can get the auto electrician to give me a better quote. All good in my book.

Helpful staff, great range of products for the electronics hobbyist as well as lots of useful gadgets and educational ideas for your kids.

I've reviewed this store before but I have to say that the service on my latest visit was exceptional. The gent who served me was very competent and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable and products are what they claim to be. The store is well layed out and if you're not sure help is there.

My experiences here have been largely positive. The staff have actually been quite helpful. It has a geeky vibe that I like if I'm after some electrical components.

At busy times the few parking bays at the front fill up leaving no where close to park. I felt inferior because I had to park at the gym and walk past fit people in sprayed on shorts just to get to the Jaycar store. Once there the staff dodged me and made my inferior complex worse as there was many of them who left me hanging. I’well be using my b credit at another jaycar store, one that wants me they’re
