Just discovered this the other day, so good to have a comprehensive electronics store close to home. I can remember when the only Jaycar was in Perth City. Now I can just pop down the road when I need something. Staff were great and very helpful.

Really good team member (tall guy with long hair) helped me with an alternative product I couldn't find. Saved me the runabouts!

Very friendly and helpful staff, helped me find a 24v to 12v adapter which worked in the truck.

I bought a 3d printer. I am 73 and wanted the challenge. My expertise was limited. After trying to follow YouTube for a week with no success, I took the printer back to the store. Josh and his staff were amazing. They helped me with knowledge and fixed the dumb errors I had made in the setting up. Can not fault Josh and the staff there on the Tuesday and Wednesday. THANK YOU. With your help I am 3D printing things and they look like they are supposed to look like. WELL DONE ALL

I needed help and advice about phone chargers. After entering the store and found what I thought I would need, I waited for some help as there was 4 salesperson standing at the cash registers talking (1 other person in the store) 10 min later I'm still waiting for help and 2 of the salesperson's looked straight at me. I started walking towards them and another person walked into the store and said salesperson's offered him help before he was 5 steps in. I left and went to Good Guys and was helped within 2min of entering. THANK YOU GOOD GUYS. No more shopping at Jaycar Rockingham

Worst customer service experience i have ever encountered.
After describing a product to staff i was told the product didn't exist.
I continued to explain that iv purchased many of them before and currently have one at home, I just need more.
I was told I was talking "BS"
I continued to explain the product to which I was meet with "the product doesn't exist" and that I had to prove it to them by emailing them a link.
The arrogance was incredible.

The young people who work in that store are helpful and knowledgeable, the products cover mostly everything you could ever need. What an asset to rockingham. Forget eBay, this is way better.

Service is fantastic. Needed batteries for remote car ignition keys. The young man even installed them for me. Thanks, love Jaycar.

A big thank you to staff for spending almost an hour with me to fully explain my security system with me snd to fault find where I was going wrong. Not only am I happy with the sales side of my purchase but after sales was top notch.

Shot in on a Saturday at 4: 30 chasing parts for a solar set up. Had Liam give us a hand. Very knowledgeable bloke. Got us exactly what we needed and was even able to offer suggestions. If you are chasing solar set up go in and ask for him. 10/10

Amazing service. They will go the extra mile for you. Easilly saved me $100 replacement with a remote switch fix that came to $1.

As soon as I walked through the door I received service.
Straight away. I explained my reason for my visit and the staff member gave me great advice and proved his knowledge to me. It was a pleasure to go there and I will be back soon. They have such a great variety of different items many which will prove to be great gifts for all age groups.

When there needing a new power pack for our record player, served by Elliot who instantly provided the correct power pack, set it up and checked the old one and found it was providing WAY too much wattage. All this done in 5 minutes, outstandingly well done.

Didn't have an ICSP, did have an UNO I could program to be one. It was busy so the service was slower than usual.
