Friendly and helpful; professional folk. Wanted a door viewer and while the one I wanted was discontinued (web-site was unclear so I rang ahead) the folk at the store itself were clarity itself. Store layout is bright, clean and neat and well organised especially compared to the dusty Victorian stores I am used to.
Recommended.
First and last time I shop in the Joondalup store. Very arrogant young man behind the counter, handed me my receipt like he couldn’t give a rats. I will continue with Altronics in Joondalup in future!

Love this store! Friendly staff and always has exactly what I need! Staff are always there to help and perfect for getting bits and pieces for projects! Definitely going again!

Always receive great service when I visit a Jaycar store, this time at Joondalup. I wanted a Brass Monkey car fridge which needed to fit behind the seats in my space cab ute. Staff member Sam answered all my questions professionally, even made three trips out to the ute in the car park to make sure I chose the right size with plenty of space for air flow around the fridge.
I could have bought the fridge online, driving 40 minutes to get this kind of service is worth the trip.
Staff refuse to answer a simple "What isle will I find XYZ in" whilst waiting for the customers they are dealing with. They have time to respond with 'I'm serving this customer at the moment' but not to say '5'. Really just comes down to lack of knowledge and honesty.
We had massive issue with the fridge we brought. Wasn't fit for purpose. JAYCAR joondalup were professional and helpful. Won't recommend the fridge purchased but will recommend the team at Joondalup Jaycar for being super helpful and professional.
In the event of your store being situated in the middle of a covid hotspot rather close for business instead of treating customers like lepers.

This store has to be the worst customer service in the country. I shop at Jaycar regularly across different outlets. But the management of this store actually will shut the door in your face! Just watch out!
Bought laser guns for my boy today and 1 doesn't work properly, will have to return to store.again. Disappointed kids again. This is the 2nd faulty item from Jaycar in a week. Where's the Quality Assurance Jaycar? You probably need to have a word with your supplier?

Great place for people who like gadgets and do it yourself electronics and tools. Friendly and helpful staff. Great range of batteries, electronics, cables, adaptors. Heaven for me.
