Hmm I think the staff should work a bit faster at the counter because a person took 5 minutes scanning a couple of trackie pants. Oh and also I asked for a refund and the lady said sorry no refund your making out shop look look bad and when I bought it they said you can return it. And I had to throw out a 69 dollar and new jacket. Oh and you need to clean up all that just.

Going to sound like a major grump, but woah does this store need a thorough dust. The walls and the big mirror at the rear; the floor had dust bunnies, jeans were dusty from being displayed on dusty shelves.even a rack of cotton shirts had a dust coating the tops of the shoulders.
Couldn't fault the friendly staff, but a bit of basic housekeeping wouldn't go astray.

Have visited 3 times in a week, have been closed before 4: 50pm every day, extremely lazy staff

I think it's pretty good clothes are amazing the only problem was the small variety of sizes in some clothes eg.one shirt might have xxs xs s m l xl xxl while another shirt might have just xxs xs m and xxl to be honest though i don't know if that happens in different store probably does though.

Walked in as I wanted to buy some leggings and there were 3 staff members on. Not one of them greeted me or asked if I needed help and there were no other customers in the store except me. I did NOT feel welcomed at all! They all looked at me and kept doing what they were doing. What is your excuse for poor customer service? That is not how normal retail shops are run. I hope you reteach your staff and get them to do their job.
