These guys screwed up my air conditioner and have given me the run around for 2 and a half months now. They are useless and avoid all responsibility if they do something wrong.

Went in to have tyres fitted as have purchased before and had a good experience. Unfortunately they processed our payment with our Latitude card as a cash payment instead of the interest free we had discussed and agreed upon. It’s then been a back and forth game of them telling us it’s our issue to fix with Latitude, and Latitude saying the merchant has to rectify it at their end. Have submitted a complaint with Consumer Protection. Would not recommend as not only have they made a huge error; they haven’t kept us updated. Extremely disappointed as we planned on having both cars serviced with them in the near future.

Excellent service, 100% recommend, was unsure on the offset on my rims, they sorted it out on the spot, picked it up the next day.

Highly recommend the guys down there! Call up 8am this morning to get my Xr6 suspention looked at and fix and they got me in and fixed it all! And brand new tyres on aswell! Thankyou guys soooo much

Had my 4x4 electric window fixed and serviced. These guys are honest as they come and so glad I found a reliable and honest workshop. I have also bought tyres for myself and family members and they have been the best priced around the area.

Had a nail in my tyre, called them up and they advised me to ensure I had a certain psi first before I drove over. They were able to repair the tyre quickly, and also ensured to put the car in jack mode (tesla) which other centers arent aware of. Very satisfied with Jax. Awesome service, good advice and fast. A disaster ever since getting a starter motor replaced, they caused multiply problems when fitting it. Car leaks diesel and I returned to get it fixed to then get it back with the same problem plus other problems. Poor communication.

The team at JAX are so helpful and accommodating, they provide good old fashioned service and advice.
