Jason Windows

Be very careful if you have Jason Windows install on a new house. They will class warranty as the time they sold the window to your builder and not when you as the consumer take ownership. Six months in, doors not working, not their problem. They will very politely offer a locksmith you can sort the problem out with rather than take ownership of their product. This is no more than our experience of building in WA has taught us though.

These guys drive like a bunch of crackheads. Wouldn't trust them around your kids either.

Amazing service from Kerrie-Anne and the guys who did the repair, I had a sliding door lock and a few window locks needed replacing, easy, hassle free and all under warranty! Brilliant, will definitely use Jason again! Highly recommended!

My new build by first home buyers in Balcatta used Jason Windows for my home.they said when getting close to the time they will let me know so I can get Jason to do my security door. Thank goodness they didn’t

Jason did an appalling job and it’s only because I was getting security door and screens I haven’t bother going back to the builder over the doors.

Took forever to get the key to turn and to open the doors. You think with a new home that wouldn't be a problem.

My front slide door does not shut properly and falls off every time you slide it open, totally unusable. Every window in the house takes forever to try and open they just don’t slide or open, gee I hate there to be a fire. Oh I guess we just go out the front door that will fall off. And the picture is my 3 week old slide door off my bedroom. The Flyscreen is just about off and I’ve only been here 3 weeks. Maybe they do a lousy job because it’s for a builder. Wouldn’t recommend them at all or the builder

Having just moved into a new home I would have expected the windows were easy to unlock. I would hate to be caught in a fire trying to get out the windows as the locks are sloppy and impossible to open on most occasions. I have pulled my hair out trying to open them sometimes. This happened also at the last place I was in, which was 15 years old, but they don't seem to have improved. I had one episode after moving into my new home with a front door lock and Jason windows were very helpful and fixed the problem promptly, but the windows are impossible.

When in there for a spare part. Was in and out with the part in less than 5 minutes. Was excellent.

West Coast Window Installations provided a great service and a great price for installing our Jason windows. I was impressed by their communiation and happy and friendly team. The installers also made sure that they cleaned the area they worked in and even put up the clips that held our blinds. Very happy with my windows and the installation

This company is exceptional! We have had a couple of minor problems and they have been taken care of under warranty in such a brilliant way that we really appreciate Jason and we will only ever build with Jason windows in the future!

Excellent service from service centre, bookings, communication and technicians. The install of our doors and windows was top notch. We had an issue with one of our locks and they were efficient and professional to organise a time to get back to rectify the issue. Technicians were very knowledgeable and helpful. Happy with the services from start to finish - will recommend to anyone!

We had our Jason windows installed by West coast Windows installation. I love our new sliding glass door. We got double glazed and it's really reduced the heat and sound. We also had a mesh security screen installed and it still looks so clear that it lets lots of light and air though and doesn't ruin the look at all.
Adam installed our security door and I was incredibly impressed by his neatness and pride in his work. He went the extra mile to help out ensuring we could use the same lock for all our doors.

Our favourite feature is the sliding stacker doors, with the area we are in. We get plenty of breeze to keep the house cool.

After we moved in, we enquired for a security screen for the front door and its perfect. We are super happy we got the marine grade stainless steel as it perfect for protection but also lets alot of breeze in.

Paid to upgrade the glass to thermally broken was told this would help reduce noise, keep the temperature inside even. Zero point to that when the frames have weep holes in that let in the wind, rain and sand. Poor design that Jason Windows refuses to acknowledge.
