Always great to catch up with clients at Jamaica Blue Rockingham. Coffee and food is always good and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Poached eggs one overcooked and the other perfect. Asked for 2 plates only got 1. Nice Milkshake

Delicious strong coffee. We had a flat bread toastie and a lemon cream cake. Both were super delicious and very filling.

Ordered the beef burger. The meat was cold and soggy. Complained to to girl. She said she'll let the manager know. No manager came. I was running late so had to leave. Won't be returning. A waste of money

Great service from lovely staff. Helped me relax after stressful day with a good chat and some nice food. Got a mocha and cheesecake. Thanks guys.

I wrote a 5star review for you a year ago. I’m sorry I have to delete the old review and pen a new one. Today’s 2stars, for a great great flourless almond-orange cake, the rest is not up to safety and hygiene standards.

A very hurried, busy girl served me long black in a cracked cup. I didn’t notice it until I’d drunk almost half of it, mistaking it for caffeine markings! When I saw one of the girls who served me and asked her what she was going to do about it, she said it was her 1st day at work, she didn’t look into the cup, but she’d throw it away immediately.

Please train your crew to place coffee and cake without chucking them on the table. It’s common practice in the hospitality business to be less hurriedly and more cautious in serving. We pay you premium price and we expect good service. Thank you.

Rudest customer service at 3.25pm on a Sat. Asked for a coffee in a takeaway mug and I'll sit down to be told can't sit down, the area is closed. Asked what time they shut to be told 4pm. I said that's in over 30 minutes time. The person serving me just walked off.end of story. Jamaica Blue are a waste of space.

Ordered food from Here and only received the drinks. Spent 40+ dollars on food and got a 14$ refund. Won’t be ordering from this franchise again, suggest you too avoid the headache

Coffee is very average. Tastes like milk with a very slight coffee taste. I used to buy coffees from JB years ago and it was definitely heaps better.

First time having a coffee here. Was really nice. I ordered the flat white with no sugar. I drank it and it was a nice coffee, however it was very sweet. I'm unsure if it's the milk used or if sugar was added. Still enjoyed my time there.

Blonde manager is rude and food is disgusting definitely don’t spend your money here it’s a waste

Great coffee, friendly staff and they have the best carrot cake in town. This is our favourite coffee place. Wish this place was located outside the mall so that our doggo could visit too.

I went to get a much needed coffee with a voucher from Youi Insurance. The young shop assistant asked me to scan the voucher on my phone on the scanner. It wouldn’t work. I asked if she could enter the barcode numbers manually. She apologised and said no. She was trying very hard to help. She asked if I could try to scan it again and the second time it sounded like it scanned to myself and to the shop assistant, but it wouldn’t come up on the till display. It said on my phone it had scanned. The young girl called her boss over and explained in detail exactly what happened. Saying that my voucher had scanned but didn’t display.
The boss asked me to scan it again. I did as I was asked and it said it had already been used. I said no it scanned but didn’t display I have never used it before and the shop assistant agreed. The boss wouldn’t listen and I could see that she was very unreasonable so I said don’t worry about it and I won’t be back.
NEVER will I EVER return to Jamaica Blue no matter how desperate I am for a coffee. The boss at the time had no skills in management and is doing the business a disservice.

Ordered a coffee frappe, got a cup of milk. Questioned the girl working there and told that was a frappe. No cream on top or anything. Needless to say it went straight in the bin and I walked down to Gloria jeans to buy an actual frappe. What a waste.visited on 12/01/2021 at 1535

Toasted sandwich could have been browned a bit more coffee was good, clean tables well distanced between tables

Great coffees and delicious food, however, there is an older blonde lady (manager/franchisee?) who always gives subpar customer service. Have on occasion seen her being rude to the staff- I understand people make mistakes but don’t let it be seen to your customers.

Would not let me have a extra cup so my old mum could have a half a cup from my pot tea. Had to buy another pot for her. Would never go there again even though we were frequent customers
