Jamaica Blue Fiona Stanley Hospital reviews
44Not impressed with paying $6 for a large cappuccino to then only have the cup half filled with coffee after getting through the milk froth.
I came in on Sunday and was greeted by a lovely girl, I believe her name was Chrissy. She greeted me with a smile and gave me many suggestions for lunch as I was having trouble picking from the wide selection. The food came out quickly and efficiently and it waa delicious. I will definitely be back soon!
We ordered a $12 toasted sandwich and after getting the order wrong the first time we received another with stale bread and burnt ham.perhaps maybe you could learn from Hungry jacks as they make a fresher toasted sandwich for only $4……
Unexpected in a hospital, great menu, scrummy food, good coffee, friendly service. Worth going to hospital LOL
I came here about a week ago and was served by a very kind worker named Christina, she was very helpful and efficient. Christina made a perfect coffee and my food was served in a quick manner.
As an employee at Fiona Stanley Hospital I have been coming here for over 3.5 years, have really noticed a drop in service and food quality in last 5 weeks
Today pre ordered my breakfast as restricted time during breaks, meal not ready and wrong - servings are smaller, coffee wasn’t ready - had to ask, was fine in as always - but only eggs done in takeaway, seems to be different owners or staff on everyday -
Disappointing
Must say young staff working at FSH Murdoch are so rude, have always had my order wrong, my cappuccino is always luke warm and absolutely no taste have had to throw my coffee away few times in the bin and go to Aroma for my coffee
Not happy and have now found my favourite coffee at Aroma and delicious food as well
People reading this don’t waste your money on coffee at Jamaica Blue
I am usually not a fan of Jamaica Blue but I decided to get a coffee here as the rest of the cafes were busy. The coffee was one od the best I've had but it is a bit too expensive.
Coffee tastes overly acidic. Very sour and harsh. The staffs need to improve their coffee brewing skills.
English breakfast Tea tasted floral, too much sauce on breakfast Burger, service friendly and quick.
It's my go-to place to have a hot chocolate prior to my tedious medical appointments. Staff are friendly and always smiling.
If I could give no stars I would. For a Café in a major hospital precinct, this Jamaica Blue is terrible. Food requested as vegetarian, brought to the table covered in bacon. Salad requested was nothing more than a few lettuce leaves with sunflower seeds. Chips overcooked in old oil. Coffee, both hot and iced, were disgusting. For $30 I left my meal and drink on the table. Definitely will not be returning, nor recommending.
Amazing team here. I have suffered numerous strokes with most recent leading to partial blindness.
I spend quite a bit of time at FSH and enjoy my coffee and a snack.
The staff here provide high quality professional service with a smile every time I come in.
The coffee is always
So highly recommended and thankful to all the crew at JB.

Beef hamburger was raw and had to be sent back & on arrival someone came in & advised us not to order food, they were bringing theirs back.
My go to place for my morning coffee. Great coffee, made just as I like it. Lovely staff who remember my order and the fact I bring my own travel cup. Have had breakfast there on a number of occasions and the food has always been very good. Overall a nice place for coffee and food. Oh and the staff are AWESOME.
Was very busy but the food came quickly and our cup of tea was hot 10points for presentation and happy professional staff.
Yea this cafe come lunch bar is top of the wazza. Great service with happy staff and just the rite amount of food choices. I thought the coffee ️ was well worth it. We went in for a coffee and light snack and ended up not being able to eat it all. So serving sizes are generous. Again I look for service first and I was not disappointed. Indoor and outdoor dining. Very nice if you happen to be in this neck of the woods for lunch or snack
All the tables were dirty and not wiped off. First sandwich fell on the ground had to wait for a new toastie. Forgot about the drink I ordered only got that before I left after I asked. I will return to my normal cafes inside the hospital for proper lunch, as Jamaica Blue is super expensive for a toastie where as at the inside cafes you get proper filled variety of sandwiches for cheaper with friendlier and cleaner service.
Yesterday I had Jamaican blue at Fiona Stanley hospital with my friend. Had ham and cheese croissant. The food was off. Today I went there and I eat there almost everyday and the cashier was mean. I am a health care worker and obviously I cannot work in the hospital if am not vaccinated. I showed my proof of vaccine and the cashier asked for my ID. I didn’t have it with me and she was mean about the whole situation. I am aware I should have had my ID but I had my uniform and even went to explain that I am a frequent customer. I don’t like how she handled things I just cancelled my order. I am been eating there everyday and no one has asked for my ID. I felt a bit discriminated.
Service was lack lustre to say the least. Not too bad first time in this afternoon, but coffee was luke warm. Second time few hours later I felt as though I'd intruded of the female's space and she was not at all wanting to be there. The cheese tomato toasting was tasteless - low grade cheese, the bread was dry, and my black coffee, tepid and tasted burnt. Another customer said there was just no personality with the young lady behind the counter - and she was right. We've all, I'm sure, been in jobs that we don't want to be there mode hits us, but if you're dealing with customers face to face - you have to put on a facades and make them feel they're welcome. - that way the service/outlet will get recommended to others. We usually use the food outlets within the ground floor but thought we'd try something different, we'll be going back using the food outlets in future.
