Jade House Chinese Restaurant

Service is good and quick, hosts are polite and respectful, two stars are only for service.
Food is below average, flavourless, just a lot of sugar in everything. Won't visit again.

Had dinner with family whilst we were visiting Geraldton. Seemed quite popular, so glad we booked in advance. Sign in facilities were clear, clean, and had options to use either your phone or paper. Staff were very friendly and the prices were reasonable. The restaurant itself was quite clean but the decor looked a little tired and dated. We ordered dishes for all to share. Entre dishes came out separately and everything came with sweet and sour dipping sauce with no other choice. Main meal was four separate dishes that also did not come out together. Super delicious tho and I would happily eat there again!

Was a great place, not overly crowded, enough seating for everyone to sit, nice relaxing environment, for food was quick from order to dilevery an hot hahaha.

Food was great. Some of the dishes are very different to other chinese resteraunts. The only down side is they do not do split billing.

We had take away a few days ago, and boy has this place gone down hill since a few years ago. The food was luke warm and taste less, the only good thing about the experience was the service, which is what the one star is for.

Spent 4 nights in geraldton went to serveral reastraunts this was by far the best food and service for the money. Very tasty food and plenty to choose from

OMG! The food here is amazing and the service is excellent. It’s a bit pricey but we are quite happy to pay a bit more for good food and Jade House delivers in spades! Thank you.

Good food, prices, and staff. Plus it's literally 30m from the Geraldton foreshore, and located perfectly centrally. What more could one ask for?

We decided to have Chinese for dinner on our way through Geraldton. Chose Jade House because of the reviews. And I tell you they didn't disappoint. The best Chinese we have had in a long time. Well done. We will be back on our future travels.

It’s okay. Suits local tastes and seems to be reasonably good value considering similar options.

Great food we moved over from Ireland found it hard to get a good Chinese but tonight we had great food here and the staff were so helpful and kind we had enough food to feed us for a week so we took some home the staff were very kind to get us containers and a bag would recommend eating here 10/10 thanks again.

I don't know if it was just the dishes we picked, but it's was not on the better side of quality. The so called fried rice, if fried at all seemed just steamed only. For the price, I am sorry I will not be back. I also think the prawns we dehydrated or something as they were on the smaller side of King prawns.

Sweet sour fish- i know lots of people like the sweet sour sauce.but to be honest, don't have too much of the sauce just for your own good.

I believe there are lots of people like this restaurant and I only leave the comments only for the for dishes i ordered tonight, and i would say disappointed.

If you are looking for genuine flavored this is not the place. More catered for local palate than anything else. Otherwise, it has good size to cater for big group, nice environment to dine, with friendly staff.

It's a welcoming restaurant, great costumer service and you will enjoy yourself or go with friends and family for lunch or dinner.

Go there for lunch and has always been very good. Prices are very reasonable for the lunch special and is always very popular.

We've always gone to the Jade House when we visit Geraldton, my Special Fried Rice last night was a disappointment. Steamed but not fried! Missed the fragrant smell of Sesame Oil. Asked for extra prawns but what I got was tinned shrimp. Rest of the meals were good to average, and we thought it expensive for the quality of the food.
