Absolutely ridiculous service. When ordering a delivery we were told 1 hr. We ended up waiting 2 and a half hrs. We will never be ordering again. We rang twice to check on the order and they kept saying 15mins. NEVER again

We just paid a $142 to have to reheat our dinner that was almost delivered across the road, over an hour late, after already being told it will take 1.5hrs to be delivered. We called 3 times before it was finally delivered. We called to complain & was promised a full refund, them was called back to be told we would only receive half a refund unless they could come back and pick up the food.
What was supposed to be a special family dinner with grandparents was ruined. Definitely do not recommend.

Over an hour late. Cold food. Full of lies. Promised full refund then rang back and said only half would be refunded. Buyer beware.

Would not recommend this restaurant, the food was awful, 2 dishes we didn't even order, some of it even smelt off, by the time we got our order and got all the way back home I just couldn't be bothered taking it back, don't waste ur money

Chef at Jade Chinese Cafe is very unprofessional. He don't have any manners how to talk with food delivey drivers. Chef never cook orders on time, even if they not busy. We always have to wait long to collect our order. I have Never saw stupid person like him.

Thoroughly disappointing! The food lacked flavor and wasn't the freshest. Felt absolutely ripped off. Will never eat their food again. There was 4 in our group and each one of us was disappointed by our selections.
If we had the option we wouldn't even rate it 1 star.

Jade normally very good. We go once in a blue moon for the buffet on the Sunday night. We asked what time on the phone and they said about 6ish. We booked in for 6.30. Got there at 6.25pm and all the main dishes were empty in the warmer. Entree starter was empty. Took ages to slowly replace the dishes. By the end there was no fried rice, no spring rolls and no soup. They came out and asked what else I would want and I said spring rolls and soup. They brought me out a little single serve of soup. Very disappointing.

Recently I visited my old home town of Busselton to see family & on the 19/9/22 I ordered $60 plus worth of food to share with my family and I couldn’t have been more disappointed! The food was disgusting. All the 5-6 dishes tasted the sameRevolting!

Was really disappointing unfortunately. Literally waited an hour for food, even though there were only 2 other tables with customers. Food was really really salty and didn't enjoy it at all

Ok firstly the soups are full of 4 dumplings but stock has no flavour, why put celery in, just work on the stock, crab rolls are actually seafood extender not crab, jade spring rolls are oily and average, just make 2 larger ones. Worse thing is satay sticks, chicken was so dry and it’s not a peanut satay but some other concoction! Not very nice at all, read reviews and thought it would be better, never again because lots of other options.haven’t touched our mains yet, not keen! Ok well mains were as bad as we expected, how do people give you 5 stars? I was generous with 2, change your chefs please

Ordered Mongolian lamb as takeaway. Absolutely terrible. Bones covered in batter, NO juice or veggies. Takeaway seems to be a way of getting rid of scraps. I think it's different if you are eating in.

Very average. Staff were lovely our order was quick, but lacking flavour, aside from the lemon chicken & prawn toast which was very nice. The special fried rice had no flavour at all and the Singapore noodle had an overpowering turmeric (or cumin?) Flavour, and nothing else. Very disappointed at $60 spent.

We had a luncheon special at Jades yesterday. The lass that looked after us was happy and pleasant. Gave us plenty of time to choose what we wanted to eat and gave us a lovely cold bottle of water. I had a delicious Prawn Chow Mein with Steamed Rice both cooked perfectly the rice especially perfect I hate fluffy rice but this was 1st class. John had Satay Beef. Which he loves and that's what he chooses where ever we go. And he really loves what Jades serve up to him.he is very fussy. And he had Fried Rice which was everything he asked for, for he ate every thing on his plate was gone. We were late going in but they never pushed us out as some places do. When I apologized the lass just said for us to take our time. It was so relaxing after a delicious meal. Thanks Jade.

Great food, large servings, but we were seated right at the back, next to the phone which was constantly ringing.
We will ask to be moved next time. Dine-in not busy, but Take-away non stop.

1 fish dish fed 4 people. Huge amount of take away and authentic Chinese food. Really yummy! Good value for money. Thank you!

Best service in Busselton, I went to this fine establishment to collect my favourite meal, prawn crackers, when one of the employees said it's on the house and then proceeded to add his "special sauce" quite frankly, it was delicious. Hats off to the chef

One of the Chinese cuisine which i really enjoyed. We had the $13.50 (each) takeaway of Mongolian chicken and Schezuwan chicken. Good portion size and delicious food

Our third visit for take-away from Jade. Delicious Chinese food. My favourite is. Sizzling Squid. Husband especially loves Chilli Prawns. Can highly recommend.
