Excellent customer service every time we visit, great value, it's my husbands favourite shop

Your hours are not conducive to people who work during your operating hours. I have given you 4 stars in advance, in the hope that when I do manage to see your shop, it'll be worth the wait.

Such a great place. Went here to get a couple of gifts for a co worker. As someone with the artistic ability of a rock, I really appreciated the time and effort the staff out into helping me get a few things that would work.

Been a regular of this store ever since I moved here in Mandurah. They’re always well-stocked. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

The sales personnel are very knowledgeable and help to resolve any art or drawing needs. Kelly who runs the shop is on top of all your needs and if she can't help straight away she will go put of her way to make it happen. Thanks Kelly you have been a fabulous help. I paint and airbrush and Kelly has helped me up and above.

Great products, not great customer service. Get some good bargains but also some art suppliers are very expensive. Good to go when there is a sale on. Wish I had someone to help with better service.

Popped in for some new water colour paints.
I was looking for a particular transparent colour. The delightful assistant, helped me with some useful tips. Came away with other items that have been on my shopping list for awhile.
Helpful staff, easy to browse the shelves and great ideas for gifts.

It's been a while since I visited and I was cheerfully surprised by the open layout of the place. Things were easy to find and the staff extremely helpful. I do a variety of art styles, and I was able to find most things I needed.

This place is closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday.the days where most people do their shopping. Do these guys not want business? The manager who is running this is out of their mind

Nicole is awesome to go and see. So helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! I have been unable to get to the store myself after surgery prior to Christmas, but have sent my brother in with lists and screenshots. He is clueless but thanks to Nicole manages to get back with the majority of things I requested!

Great for the artist in you! However range was limited, maybe due to Covid19 and the email I received to say my product was in was incorrect. Always great for a browse though.

Lovely staff, but prices are at the top end for art supplies and they have a very limited selection.

The girls were very helpful and kind, even helped watch my toddler so i could get what i needed. Awesome!

Kelly knows all her art stuff. She is very informative, helpful and friendly.
The reason there is one less star, is because they don't supply paper mache glue anymore. Very disappointing. Oh well.

I went in for a sable hair brush.
The lady was helpful and really tried to find something that I was after.
Unfortunately the range isn't the best with the natural hair brushes as they only have a couple of brands.
They are able to order in things if needed.

Favorite metro shop to visit for painting supplies, great paints, prices and supplies. Best range of additives and retardants

Very friendly and helpful staff, very patient with me and my little boy when we visit. The store has most of what I need, although would love more calligraphy supplies.

New store manager Kelly has turned this shop around in the best way! Easy to get around, see what I'm looking for & everything displayed clean & clear to find. Helpful friendly staff only too happy to assist! Love this place!
