It's a good store with lots of good quality art supplies available. One thing I don't like however is that a lot of things seem overpriced! I can usually find the same thing cheaper at some other store and much cheaper online. I think Jacksons can really work around their prices to keep up with the competition. Otherwise, good quality of products and good customer service.

A wide range of brands of beautiful colour fabric paints. I deeply regret my previous inferior Spotlight purchases. Also no pressure friendly and knowlegable advice from the lady in charge. I will be back.

I stepped into this store with a list of what I was supposed to buy for my art course. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I found the experience very relaxing and not at all stressful.

Very disappointed and will never purchase from Jacksons again. I mistakenly purchased an acrylic paint set for a xmas gift to find out that the artist only uses oil paint. With proof of purchase and the product completely packaged as sold I thought an exchange would be easy but no. Exchange refused.

A great diverse place with very friendly and knowledgable employees! Have visited a few times and all my experiences were very positive. The staff are very helpful and easy to chat to. I also ordered Posca paint pens from them as they had no stock (I don't fault them for their lack of stock due to COVID) and I was impressed with how fast it took to order and fill in my details, and was even more impressed with how quickly it came. Definitely my go-to art store!:)

I have been to the Cannington store a few times for art supplies for my counselling practice. I have always been met with excellent customer service from Isabella. She is very knowledgeable and understanding in what I can implement in my practice for art therapy with my clients. I will continue to shop at this store. Thank you, Mel

Since I was in last the stock range has diversified a lot. All the standard painting and art gear. I was impressed with the calligraphy nib and ink range. Staff were helpful picking out paint tones and friendly.
