Great selection of art supplies. Faber-Castell / Prismacolour pencils loads of paper in a variety of sizes. Also they stock Iroshizuku at this store I recommend calling ahead to check on stock as it’s pretty popular. Also inks for dipping pens. Staff are always polite and friendly in my opinion it’s the best art supply place in Perth. (Updated review) Jackson Art Supplies in Fremantle is still one of the best art supply place’s in Perth and I honestly don’t see this changing anytime soon. Store is always well maintained and tidy. So friendly and helpful, the Freo Jackson’s store is somewhere I always look forward to visiting.

Jacksons has always had a wonderful range of stock, supplies, equipment, books, and anything else you could wish for, for drawing or painting.
I was there yesterday to buy a present for my wife's birthday, but she had made a mistake in explaining what she wanted, so I had to go back there and exchange what I bought for what she really wanted. And although a mistake like that must be bloody nuisance for a store, because to correct inventory levels it's a pain sorting out the computer entries, they couldn't have been nicer about it And I ended up buying an art book for my wife, as well.
OK OK - next time I go, I'll take my camera and you can all have some photos! I might even spoil you, and give you close ups of some of the treasures I've found in their store while shopping there.

I was after dry pigments and they showed me a section that had four colours then walked away.
Very poor service and not even doing the minimum of what is required.
As a fine artist I can not deal with this
They should be careful because you never know who you are dealing with
Just go online and order direct from your supplier. You will get a larger selection and not have to deal with substandard service

I love this art supply store, because the staff were two lovely young ladies who couldn't do enough for me. One of my favourite shops in Freo.

Large variety of products & I like the water colour swatches to see comparisons of papers and paints. Love the display of character drawings on the wall too.passion right there!
Parking all round the area had to work a short distance but wasn't busy on a Sunday. Helpful and happy assistance.

I would of been lost without Emma and Ellen this weekend. I have just taken over the visual art program at a high school and am new to many of the mediums i will be teaching. Emma & Ellen helped me to find the perfect, affordable tailored solutions to a multitude of new products. I would of been absolutely lost without their expert knowledge, cannot wait to come back. Lovely shop with great interior. Staff was very friendly and helpful regarding my concerns as well.

All the art/drawing supplies you need in one place. We visit often because my 8yo daughter is crazy about this store.

Our daughter is an artist, and says they are the best stocked in Perth. Their staff are also very knowledgeable and have been able to answer all of our daughters questions.

Jacksons in freo is smol but the staff are so lovely and they usually have the thing I need anyway so it's fine. I keep going back so it must be okay? !

Great place for everything painting, drawing and other arty farty hobbies. I went in looking for glass paint. I found one colour I needed, and the other was put on order by the wonderfully helpful staff member.

The young man who served me (Christian?) was very polite and helpful. My artist son loves his new
German/Japanese pen.

Most of your arting needs if they hav nt got the will source it, very helpful staff and well stocked

I went in the hunt for clag and they had the old glue for paper Masha, L hadn't see this glue since primary school, which trust me was a very long time ago indeed, long before most of your reading this out their were even born.

The staff are really nice and wonderful even if there was a mishap with the ordering, it was funny since I asked if there’s any base paint type of colours but I got a face paint instead. It was a funny moment but I bought it anyways. Thank you for the staffs there for being helpful and gentle.

The staff on the the weekend have all been a great help as someone who knows very little about paints and what their benefits are
Love the art posted up in the store as well, particularly the great drawings behind the counter, what a fun addition!

Staff were very helpful and not pushy, they had good knowledge of their stock and came across genuine. Will definitely come back for more inspiration!
