Terrific service from young lady. Lounges and other furniture delivered on time by Steve. Last lounge did not have holes aligned properly with screws so we are in the process of rectifying that, however all in all we were happy with the purchases for Ace Psychology. Thanks guys. We'll come back again!

More than 5 stars if I could - service was amazing, paid for the item in the evening - item was delivered the next day! Communication and response times so good. You can tell that this place is run by a passionate group of people. Quality of my purchase was exactly as pictured.

Staff were really helpful and showed us around. The mattress and bed that I bought were really good and were reasonably priced. Would really recommend to check the place out.

Very bad experience with this store actually the stuff I have bought is good quality but the problem was the employees one woman she was very mad on me on the phone
Story started after I bought some stuff with over than one grand and I have been told that they will deliver after 3 hours at least and I was surprised that they called me after half an hour and they said that they delivered my stuff and they arrived at my place so I contacted the store to check with them the lady was very rude and she told me to choose one of two options weather to put my stuff at my front door or to organize another delivery time so I choose the second option and when I arrived home I found out that they dropped all my stuff in front of my house.
They didn’t respect our deal
So I don’t recommend this store for anyone

Very impressed. Ordered a mattress. It was delivered that afternoon. The mattress is in new condition and only $90. Definitely worth a look when looking for good second hand furniture

Bought a lovely 2nd hand queen bed. Excellent condition, had been cleaned up beautifully. Great price, delivered that day. Will definitely shop at Jack's again.

Great range of new beds, super helpful staff. Mattress came pre rolled too so it was easy to transport but I notice the deliver too

One of the worst customer service experience I have had and very unprofessional. Delivery was meant to arrive between 11am - 12noon didn't arrive until 5.45pm and that is after I had to follow up a couple of times to find out where my delivery was. The delivery driver didn't come with the money for my second hand lounge nor a second person that I paid for to help unload and load my old lounge that I was told would be taken away and to top it all off, my new lounge was wrong, I requested a left hand chase and got a right hand chase!

It was ok. Not as big as I thought it would be, not a heap of variation. Prices were ok, looked more like factory seconds than 2nd hand. Same stock seen in innovation furniture across the road.

Staff were very accommodating and gave us discounts as we bought a few items. Large range of brand new items, not a whole lot of second hand couches but you gotta be quick to get the good ones!

We bought a brand new queen bed frame and plush mattress (photo) and an L-shaped couch (not pictured) which is a little too hard for our liking but it does the trick. All 3 cost us around $1800.

Make sure to bring cash with you as you'll likely be able to get a better price than you would paying with card.

I was looking for an electric recliner couch that wasn't too small or too big. Facebook Marketplace was something I was trying to avoid. Turns out it was where I needed to look for the perfect couch for me. I first inquired about this couch whilst I was in self-isolation. I told them that and they had agreed to hold it for me for depositing half the price. I was skeptical at first since it was through facebook but it was legit in the end. They were great at communication, punctuality and overall good customer service. I recommend!
