This business has recently changed hands. I had been a regular for around 6 years before, and have been there 3 timws since. The first was an excellent massage. The last 2 times have been terrible, was sore for days afterwards.last time, I filled out the online booking with the details of what I didn't want (i.e. The bits that hurt me last time) but had to stop the massage early because she was hurting me again.
I asked why she didn't take any notice of the requests not to do those things and she said they didn't bother reading them.
Great customer service - not! I would have contacted them directly by email to discuss but there is no way of contacting except by phone.
So - sadly - my lovely local massage place has lost me as a customer.
