Eric was perfect! Did great job, couldnt fix my daughters ipad but helped a lot! I bought some other accesories from him! The other guy is just the opposite! Terrible behaviour, ignoring the costumer, doesn t listen to the problems, and the worst thing he was trying to tell me that a phone case that I bouht there wasn t from therir shop!
As I said, Eric is 5 star but the other guy is 0

Just had my iPhone back glass replaced and I am very happy with the results.
They are one of the few shops that can do it in-house so they were able to do it within a couple of hours instead of 2-3 days for other shops.
Unfortunately for me, some complications arose with some of my buttons but they were very forthcoming and explained the situation clearly.
I just had to drop if off again when the wiring parts arrived and everything is good again.
Excellent customer service and a pleasure to deal with.
Highly recommended.

Outstanding service. Kept me on the loop, whilst they repaired mi Ipad. They stayed late working at the shop and allowed me to pick it up late at night.

I urgently needed a screen repair and came into the shop around 10 minutes before closing. Eric and Angeline were efficient and professional, replacing my screen and phone case within 15 minutes at half the quoted price from the phone manufacturer. I would highly recommend this shop for any phone repairs.

The staff seemed unbothered about their customer and behaviour was extremely rude Also he said they close at 5pm which was a lie as it clearly says shop closes at 5.30pm

Needed my laptop battery replaced and will definitely be coming back here for anything in the future - really easy going staff, affordable and quick turn around times. Highly recommend

I have taken my MacBook Air a few times to the IWorkshop boys at Garden City, and I am absolutely delighted at the help they have given, the problems they have solved and above all else their really helpful, polite and 'nothing is too much trouble' approach to looking after their clients. From my experience, I cannot recommend IWorkshop Garden City more highly. They're great, and Eric is most helpful.

Terrible service. No coming here anymore. We have been here to ask for phone repair month ago. My phone has messy of glues at front screen after phone repair. The worker doesn‘t want to clean them. He‘s bad attitude when i requires to clean it. My friend said he did same way to her as well. Worst customer service I've ever seen in my life.

Left a ipad for data recovery job get no updates after 1yr. First 6 month delay was Covid19 delay afterwards no response for updates on job.

These guys are simply fantastic. Every time I’ve been in need with my lab tops or phones they have come up with the goods. Do yourself a favour.

No recommend. Poor Service. The young guy worker very rude, not patience and unfriendly. He was slowly walk out of office and not much patience look at me when I stand there.he`s rude to answer question when I ask.

After destroying the screen on my iPhone 6 this morning, I thought I was going to be up for a replacement phone or at least be phoneless for several days whilst getting a replacement screen. We had a spare 6S as my wife had recently upgraded to an 11Pro so the decision was made to get data transferred from the damaged phone to the spare. After checking two phone shops we were referred to iWorkshop and Eric. This gentleman was very busy but said he could do the job which was to transfer the SIM, transfer the data and install a new battery. As the spare phone had not been used in nearly a year, an update to the software was required which Eric did for us. He did not have the battery unfortunately but gave very good advice on what to get and expected price range. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with this young man who obviously takes great pride in his work and I would have no hesitation in recommending Eric and iWorks Garden City. Thank you Eric, we will be back.

I have been taking all my electronic stuff to Eric for years - phone, ipad, computer. He fixes them all, communicates well to negotiate plans with me and has everything done within a good time frame. Highly recommend
