Ismail's Halaal Butchers

Great variety of meat, the Burgers are very good quality not extremely fatty like others. They always have good quality goats and reasonable prices.

Well like other reviews staff is very rude and but i am giving 1 star because meat handling is very poor and unhygienic.
I think this is the reason this business rating is very low.

I got sick of the poor quality of meat in the supermarkets, so I recently started buying my meat from Ismail's. The range, prices, quality, and taste of the meat is fantastic. Customer service is great, always friendly and helpful, I highly recommend them.

As per previous reviews, staff is extremely rude.saying "we're closed" yet many people were still buying because they were still serving customers. No CLOSED sign, opening hours written way in the back where no one can see.
Lady walking around telling all the customers, "nothings cut, you need to order over the phone"
Such horrible people, first and last time buying from these guys, such a joke the way they run the place because honestly, IF you're closed - PUT UP A SIGN and secondly, make your opening hours more visible. I went to coles and ASSUMED the butcher was open because of all the customers they were serving. Meat was great, such a shame you're missing out on a regular customer who will now drive an extra 15minutes for better service

Meat isn't fresh all the time. I tried numerous times and then gave up, so started visiting another halal butcher which is far better than this. Won't recommend to anyone

Big fan of the kebabs. The burger pattys are delicious. Love my local butcher. I always return to get food if I got a few spare bucks. Highly recommend the kebabs.

They run scamming competitions on Facebook. Saying you have to register with a site that requires your credit card details to claim your prize? Is that legal. Very dodgy.

They are good if you are buying small quantity which is packed in front of you, i had in past placed an order of 3kg mutton over phone, they were very friendly and did keep it ready all packed for me to collect, but on getting home when i opened it, i was shocked to find meat pieces with lots of hair on it. 1 kg bag of total 3kg ordered was full of fascia and shreddy bits no meat whatsoever.hence forth never buying in bulk if i do i will make sure it’s packed in front of my eyes.

Firstly, don't mention their masks, secondly their meat is tough, thirdly they are rude in general, was expecting much more from an indigenous group of butchers from up north.

The owners Ross and Troy Bowman are aggressive and scary. If you don't like people then DO NOT work in customer service. They slaughter the goats themselves on their property and they are not muslim.

Really poor customer service by male staff members. Rude and borderline aggressive. Also placed an order and prepaid and was short changed a whole kg when we picked it up

Owner is very brusque to the point of rudeness. Need to imorove their customer service attitude.

Worst customer service. The guy who speaks through the phone is so arrogant. You really should learn what customer service is. Very much disappointed.

Had our end of season breakup BBQ and ordered through these guys. Some of the best meat I've had, will be ordering again.

If you looking to buy some ancient meat or want to taste the meat of eldest cow or lamb, this is the right place.
Used to be great, but years ago.

Worst customer service, rude owner. I am a bulk buyer always. Asked for 6 chicken and 5 kg of red meat, the guy over the counter got super aggressive and kind of started swearing why i didn't order over phone before. I will buy when ever i want, how may kilos i want, in my convenient situation, not to see some butchers attitude. Never going back again.

I been looking for goat meat all over WA but in vain I get lamb and cross bread goats else where. Finally my friend suggest this shop and I amazed the goat meat tenderness. They are one actually selling Goat meat. Recommend to anyone. Only for goat meat I travel from North Fremantle to Northlands. Keep it up guys.thanks for your friendly service.

Asked for mutton got lamb and I called to find out what happened and the guy on the other end of the phone was so rude and couldn't give me time to explain and he just said he won't refund me which I clearly didn't ask for.
SHOCKING!

Bought goat curry meat pieces and all the meat with ribs, fats and bones, called back to owner and he has no respect of customer, I want to throw meat his shop, 22 years working as he said and selling rubbish

Even they don’t deserve one star either
