Omg! Walking into Isla Grace was amazing, the details of the store were super cosy and cute, very clean, staff were looking amazingly professional and the smell of the store was giving candy smell idk but it smelt amazing haha

The service I received today was laminated eyebrows and lash Botox. I was taken good care of by EMILY I knew I was in good hands because her eyebrows and herself were on point. She gave me a good run down on how I want my lashes/brows to look and made sure my eyebrows weren’t tinted too dark. She was also informing me what she was doing for each step so I was well aware.

Once I was able to open my eyes to see the results, I was impressed on how natural and fuller my lashes/brow looked. Just the way Emily described it to me. Also, before I got off the table, the manager (i think) came in to look at the results. She had done a little final touch up that I didn’t notice.it’s lovely to see someone putting effort and time into her employees work.

Overall 10/10, I’m never turning back to eyelash extensions ever again. And it’s time for me to grow out my natural lashes and keep my eyebrows maintained at Isla Grace

Had a really lovely facial experience today, the salon is lovely and smells amazing. Nice relaxing music, soft lighting, candles etc. The products used smelled delicious and the application was very gentle and relaxing, I thoroughly enjoyed it and left feeling super relaxed and refreshed.
