Ironfish Perth

My partner and I have rented through Ironfish for two separate apartments. They have been nothing but professional and friendly. With our most recent experience, trying to find a new rental after our lease was up, they were incredibly accommodating and helpful.

Avoid at all costs.

Have taken money for a service and have not provided it, nor I think have the intent to ever do so. Now will not answer any emails and are completely ignoring me.

Also one of the keys they initially gave me wasn't for the apartment I rented, who knows what or where that key was for. The solution was to get me to go get an extra key cut, didn't even ask or care for the random other key back.

Planned a home open and then inspection the next day, told me they couldn't be done on the same day for some unknown reason.

The staff prior to 2023 were excellent and professional. Unfortunately for the directors, current staff are the opposite. Incompetent, unprofessional and should not be property managing (code of conduct questionable).

The whole process to finalize details it was very smooth and easy going.
In particularly Vicky that went beyond effort to make our apartment rental possible.

Iron fish has been the worst realestate i have ever rented for and they not only tell you off for calling western power over an eletricution but they do not talk to the owners of the house at all the election guy is awesome but thats it i definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Avoid Ironfish. This is the worst company ever. No response, No respect, No inspection. They don't care about your property at all. They only care about getting money. They don't even know what they are doing!

I bought my first perth investment property with Ironfish perth, different from the sales person from other agent, Ironfish's representative cares more about my current condition and investment result in the long run.
The project they selected for me is perfectly meet my need and it is a very good developoment.
Now 2 years past the settlement of my property, the representative still happy to help me solve any problem with my investment.
I would continue buy with this company when my finance is ready for the next investment.

Avoid this company. My fiancée rented an apartment hardly lived there and they exposed a giant black mould stain in the bedroom. A stain that was there at the beginning of the lease. They promised to have it rectified. Anyway they bullied her so badly she got so anxious I had to take over negotiations as they were blaming her for the mould! The lease agent would scream at me over the phone raising her voice. Also DO NOT use their cleaning company. It’s a scam they are all in kahoots. I could go on forever but I fought for months to get the bond back with legal action threats. Avoid. Like the plague!

Had a great experience with this company. Henny helped from start to finish to make my journey as easy as possible.

The company is the worst property managers on the market.
My girlfriend was treated with such disrespect and with disregard. They don’t care about anyone’s safety or the property it’s self.
She had a broken smoke alarm which she reported many times and got told it was her fault. The blind broke and got yelled at for reporting and blamed for it. It was very hard for her to get in contact with the property manager and never had good service.
Even on move in day the place was a mess with stains all over the carpet and poo stains all over the toilets and grease in the kitchen.
Never Ever use this company it would be inhuman to ever use this company

The company has no idea what they are doing. They do not work in the best interest of the tenant or even the property owner. Property owners beware, your property will be neglected costing you money and unnecessary frustration. My recommendation is - choose a proper company, not these B grade international companies who have no appreciation for your property.

I have recently completed on a buy-to-let purchase through Ironfish Perth and they really know their stuff. There were some delays on the vendor's side, but the team worked hard to move things along and kept me informed. Highly recommended and I will definitely invest through this company again.

I have been working with Ironfish team now for over 3 years. The team is amazing. Henny is the guy we work with personally. He's the one that got all of our papers done. Anything that goes wrong at the house, I submit an online request on their renters portal and immediately a maintenance man is at our door. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
