I bought the A100 black one for my stepfather's birthday about a year ago, it's the perfect colour for a massage chair. Until now it still working perfectly with no faulty. My stepfather was happy to have it. The employees are friendly and so kind. They spent 30-45 minutes at my house just to show my stepfather how to use the chair correctly.

I purchased a massage chair 4 weeks ago. It's A305 model and it was in really good price, the delivery was really quick although they said they have a lot order that need to be finished. He, the delivery guy, after assemble the chair, he asked to sit on it to make sure everything okay.
He also gave me the instruction book to make sure I know everything I need about the chair.
The only I have to deal with is the box n the left over, But that's okay. They mentioned it in the delivery card
Today is the 3rd time I visited the store, to ask them sth that I concerned about, when it finished 20 mins massage, it still keep it position. Very patiently and nicely, they explained it because of the way it work for the safety of user, she also showed me again, how to adjust the intensity and everything

Beware of the Black Friday Sales gimmick. I was lured by the attractive promotion of the A305 upgraded model at $2999 plus free cover advertised on its website. If you go to the store (I was at Perth store), make sure the sales give you the A305-19 model with free gift as indicated on their website, and not the A305-17 model (exactly the same look but discontinued model, told by Head office when I raised a case with them) at the same price of $2999. I only realised after placing a deposit when I checked with the sales about the free gift and she told me there is no free gift as A305-17 doesn’t come with one. She then screenshot the A305-17 from the website (promotion price is $3999). To me as a consumer, it is transparent to me whether it is 17 or 19 cos they looked exactly the same. I went for the one advertised at $2999, so why would I pay the same price for an older model with no free gift? !

I immediately called the Head Office, customer service told me 17 model is out of stock so the sales must have made a mistake. She said will amend my order and resend me the new receipt and inform their delivery. I received an email without receipt attached, replied to inform them, I received another email to say ignore previous email as the sales in Morley has said she has already told me it is the model 17 (bullsh***t). Apparently Perth has no model 19 stock at all, only old model 17 stock, Head office told me. So the tactic is to push the blame back to customer. I sent an email to head office to cancel my order and demand an refund. They replied to say there is a 5% cancellation fee incurred. (in the e-receipt they sent after deposit placed, TAKE NOTE). They said if I wanted the 19 model, I should have told the sales. Again, blame the customer, good job!

Obviously, they are trying to clear the old stocks. And of course it is also my negligence for not checking the model number on the delivery note, I have learnt my lesson not to trust their sales. It is not just A305, there is a 17 and 19, even though the printed brochure only indicates A305 as the model.

Sales also told me IRest massage chairs are made in Korea (It is Korean technology stated on website but not made it Korea I believe, as I couldn’t find the “Made in xxx” anywhere on the website!) and my purchase is supposed to come with free assembly. Please check your delivery note carefully, it was written no assembly and the older model number. And the first year warranty comes with replacement of a new chair, the sales said, another bullsh***t I bet (questioned her why was not written in delivery card, only "free labour, repair and parts", she said don't worry they will replace new if there are issues). 2nd and 3rd year warranty only comes with free labour but still need to pay for parts and repair, as good as none, TAKE NOTE. Check the order thoroughly before you signed. I do not want more people like me to fall into the trap. Stay away from this company.

Bought SLA321 Model 4 months ago. The massage chair was faulty and the technician came out and was not able to fixed it.
Company responded that the owner could not operate properly. Ha! Ha! What a JOKE
No refund or exchange.
It's ok. In the process of Department of Fair Trading.
"Please be aware of this company that if you're product can't be fixed, they will blame it on YOU

I unfortunately received a faulty massage chair SL-A100 (costed almost $6k). The malfunctions/error issues of this chair were notified to iRest from the very first day of delivery.iRest have continually refused their responsibilities for providing me with adequate service suggesting ‘everything was normal’, when it wasn’t. After several attempts to resolve, I have asked for a full refund.iRest have ignored my constant emails requesting a refund for the faulty product, which is still under warranty! The chair is considered unsafe and I have thrown a large amount of money at a massage chair that doesn’t do what it’s supposed to. My partner is unable to use this faulty product!

The store manager has been incredibly rude, and is in denial about providing customers with reliable products, and has insinuated that we have used the chair incorrectly. The chair was used solely by my partner that weighs less than 50kg and the faults have occurred from the products first operation, so I fail to see how they can pass on the blame rather than accept responsibility that the chair arrived faulty? !? !

On a side note, at the time of delivery, the chair’s packaging material was dumped outside our house without iRest clearing it up (large amounts of boxes, foam, timbers, plastics that has filled my bin since recently purchasing) but iRest said its not their responsibility. I have not had one good experience dealing with this company!

I would not recommend dealing with this company, save yourself the headache!

Very disappointing experience as soon as I spoke to the salesperson had a very rude and dismissive attitude, was not even willing to talk about the products. I don’t know how she stay in business with that attitude towards the public

Just got the chair delivered. Easy enough to get thru front door. But left the huge boxes out the front! I phoned and was told not their responsibility. When buying the chair from Emma was told that the other lady there would help with advising where to put the chair. Only two guys, the driver on L plates and an elderly man. No woman to be seen. Be very wary when buying from them.
