Tried most of the hot entrees tonight and the seared salmon sushi. Really happy with our meal.

Been here plenty of times. The food is good but the service could improve. My friend and I waited 30+ mins to find out the staff have not placed our order in the system. They didn’t provide us with water either. This was very disappointing.

I know this place is know for their great ramen, but their seared salmon roll is also amazing. The servers were also really helpful!

Soup is too salty and other then saltiness can’t taste anything, there wasn’t an option to choose the texture of noodle, and it’s pricy, $22 for an noodle have to pay extra for card payment. Overall I does not recommend this restaurant.

Reasonable food was just as described - my premium wagyu was expensive (one meaning of premium) and it came with (two) snow pea stems. My freshly squeezed watermelon juice (with no ice) was particularly good as if it really was freshly squeezed. Staff were all good when available but service took ages, and we needed to hassle staff to get our drinks before our food came out. The site wasn't too noisy except for when people pushed shopping trolleys over the uneven floor.

This company has different branches worldwide and is specialised in Japanese noodle - specifically Ramen. I always order Ramen but this time I tried Wagyu steak don but a bit disappointed. Unlike Japanese rice, the rice here was not as soft and the staff was not friendly (not rude at least). Overall experience was not good.

Decent food but the service is DISGUSTING. Just spent 15 minutes watching two out of three servers standing around ignoring us while playing with napkins and chatting to each other (it was busy).
Finally had enough and walked out after the only working server ignored us and served people who arrived after us. Avoid this place and go to BARIUMA in Vic park, far better ramen and amazing service.

A bowl of ramen here costs almost $20 and doesn't even come with an egg nor taste good. The service is fine but the food is not up to scratch.

Ramen quality not as good as before. Price has increased. Personally think it's overpriced for the quality

I'm a generous reviewer but I think I'd give them 1 star. Their ramen was too salty and doesn't taste good. Perhaps I ordered the wrong one? But Bonito is one of their most popular ones though. I can cook better with an instant ramen and I'm not even a good cook.

Food is okay. Ramen was actually not as good as I expected, just average. Gyoza was pretty soggy too: (Staff are friendly though)

Partner and I went, ordered 2 Ramen's and 2 drinks, sat there for 15 minutes before we had to find someone to serve us, wasn't busy but steady, brought 1 drink out what was wrong, then didn't bring my beer out, had to ask again after a lengthy wait and we got told they had run out? Well how about letting us know and offer something else, ordered a new beer and they got that wrong. Kitchen staff worked well and were busy, plenty of floor staff but they all looked like they were trying to be busy but were doing nothing, que was getting pretty big, lots of tables but staff barely letting anyone have a seat because they were being to lazy.

On the other hand, food was tasty but the sides are quite expensive, even adding an egg to your ramen is quite expensive.

Hey owner of Ippudo Carousel, you really need to shake the tree and wake up your monkeys. Your service staff Joe had refused customers of 4 at 2.20pm and this is the 2nd time your staff has done this. I think probably your business is too good that your staffs can turn customers away when they don’t feel like serving them. The reason given by Joe is that they have to clear up when we left at 3pm. Is this a joke? Isn’t this their job?

Been here many times and like the food. However being made to wait 30minutes only to be told our order didn’t go through was quite literally disappointing. Unbelievable. Did the staff not notice our table sitting there with nothing on the table for 30 minutes and not bother to ask about our situation? On top of that it was freezing, no food and it was such a shock we left. Never coming back again, lost loyal customers.

We were served by this handsome man, his name was Zhen. He was accommodating and nice while being quick. Recommend this place, the food was nice as well especially at lunch.

2. Nanman chicken is fried very mushy
3.attitude of the staff is very good

I go here for one particular dish, the vege raman! Love this ramen! Also love all there side dishes! Great little resturant, often busy, friendly staff. My go to ramne when I dont want to travel to far.
I dont find the other ramens much to rave about thou, and they ahve a small-ish drinks menu.
If your at Carousel I would recommend checking this place out.

I came here to have a quick lunch, ordered the Grilled Unagi Don.
It took awhile to come out but this rice bowl was delicious.
The customer service wasn’t great.

Enjoyed the ramen - had the Karaka-Men which had a great flavour. Was supposed to be the spicy option but it really wasn't. If you like spice then ask for extra heat.
