Iona Presentation College - Junior School

Both my daughters had a wonderful time in the junior school with lots of amazing friendships made. Now in the secondary college my daughter has really thrived with the extensive extra curricular activities available, and she is especially enjoying the rowing program!

My daughter loves going to this school! The teachers are so supportive and caring / encouraging. She is challenged by her classmates in terms of studies and critical & creative thinking. Also I noticed that any problems / hiccups are addressed quickly and in the most sensitive way. I was also impressed that a teacher from another class already knew my daughter's name by her 2nd week. I feel that each child is treated as a precious individual here at IONA, not just a number/statistic.

I was fortunate enough to do some contract work here, as an Occupational Therapist; helping teachers develop strategies to support each students development.
The teaching staff are so involved and passionate. It is a breath of fresh air going to a school where the staff work together and are open to all styles of support, that help your child thrive as an individual. The resources and facilities create great learning opportunities for children. I would definitely recommend sending your child here to help them grow intellectually, socially and creatively!
