Very, very dispointed. Visted as two couples on a Friday evening. Arrived and sat at table only to be refused alcohol because the males on our table were loud! Without asking, they refused service, little did the know that our male counter parts are deaf with hearing aids! Our partners speak loud on all occasions. We had come from work on Friday evening feeling happy that it was the weekend only to be refused any drinks based on noise. We actually had eaten here before and was so excited to return, only to be refused service we were so upset and angry, as we loved this restaurant. But due to a lack of sensible questioning and observations, assumptions were made. As someone who has recently updated their RSA, you should know to look at all avenues and check these, before jumping to assumptions. I have never been so insulted by any establishment. What a loss, we thought this was wonderful restaurant.

Discrimination at its best.one friend with hearing aids from birth, myself with major surfers ear, one driver and a girlfriend that had had a glass of wine. Maybe your manager and junior staff members should be trained in people skills and not just judging a book by its cover.extremely disappointed by your lack of people skills tonight - assuming people were drunk when in fact other scenarios came into play. The boss Mario is a downright arrogant guy who doesn't deserve support his business. Extremely bad experience. As a customer, no complaints are allowed when the food serve after almost an hour. Too conceited! Hope they close sooner. There are many other choices of good Italian food in Perth, don't support this kind of people.

Wait time was ridiculously long in between each course and charging one dollar for takeaway container.really

We were offered desert after finishing our mains and as we all were full and we declined.
It was then that we had the desert menus removed from the table and our drinks (that we were still finishing) removed from the table and hands! Our waiter was told to get us to leave by the owner.
So we did, NEVER TO RETURN.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while because of the good reviews, what a mistake this was. Just ordered take away pizza and it was burned, wet, sloppy $75 down the drain never again!

Really really noisy and very hard to be heard over the noise. To make matters worse my pasta wasn't cooked. When I brought it to the attention of the waitress she said she'd tell the kitchen. Nothing happened. Couldn't find the waitress. So upon leaving mentioned it again but was told they make the pasta in house and it's cooked al dente which felt condescending. I said I know what al dente is the pasta wasn't cooked. Clumps were hard and when eaten tasted like flour. To which the reply was similar. All I wanted was an apology. For the cost of a meal you at least want it cooked well. Won't be going back. Rude staff.

We went for my sisters Birthday last week and we were all so utterly disappointed. On arriving at this Restaurant it looks lovely and inviting, but as soon as we opened the door we were greeted with so much noise and the place looked more like a food hall. Kids yelling and going in and out of the front door, When we go out for tea we don't want to be met by that.
The noise was that bad we could not even hear what the waitress was trying to say to us, we should have left then.
We ordered Chicken Breast, Ravioli, and a squid dish. The chicken breast was so dry and the mushroom sauce was far too salty, my sister ordered the Ravioli, there were 7 pieces drowned in sauce, the pasta was not cooked.
I could honestly have cooked a better meal myself.

The bottom line is DON'T BOTHER, just an awful, awful experience.

12 out for dinner end November. Asked for tap water, waitress porred 6 bottles in total. When account came we were charged $39.00. On query we were told you get mineral water in Italian restaurants. No mention of charge for them, we refused to pay, manager was furious. My meal should have been entre size, wrong one brought out, told they would adjust the bill. That didn't happen. So when is tap water not tap water? When you go to this restaurant.

I hadn't been before. Although the atmosphere was nice I thought the menu was lacking. No chicken choice for pasta, tricked into paying for water and for a local restaurant you're paying Freo prices. Starter and mains, 2 drinks each $75ph.

The server asked if we are finish with our dishes 2x? ! And we said no 2x! We are chatting and eating at the same time, there are still food left on the plate doesn’t means we finished… I think they wanna clear our table quickly to close. Only liked the squid ink here, the rest are average imo

Nice pastas, but the pizzas need work. Ordered here a couple of times and whilst tasty, the pizza bases are under-cooked and overloaded with toppings, which leaves them soggy and unappealing. On the plus side, about 20min in the oven the next day and the pizzas come out the way they should have the first time around.

Dinner was delicious as was the tiramisu. Was pretty disappointed when we informed the waitress that the panacota was really thick and not very nice. She didn't apologise or offer to replace it with something else and we were still charged for it even though we didn't eat it.

Take out only so far but it's my go to pizza place in the area. Most of the pizza toppings have been exceptional and I'm very keen to dine in. 1/2 star off for being too popular and sometimes taking 3-4 phone calls before we get through

Lovely food, excellent service.
Will definitely visit again soon.

By far the best Italian restaurant.if I'm not wrong, it is a family run business, the owner (an older gentleman) mingles with guests and the food quality was always fresh and good.

Very nice food and excellent service. The entire restaurant looks great and the food tastes delicious. My pizza had some very thin crust which made it difficult to consume due to the cheese falling off and cutting without tearing not easy. However, the taste more than made up for it.

The best garlic bread I ever had in Perth. I accidently ate whole basket of them.

I order the lo e Te pizza. It reminds me the Firenze pizza. The dough need a bit more work. The base is too soft and soggy. Everything else is fine.

I hope a bit more wow factor which I don't find in the food.

We grabbed a couple of pizzas here on the weekend. Well made and tasted great. Service was very good also. Best pizza in the Cockburn area hands down.
