Useless, waste so much times. Have account with password= can't log in. Move on to different companies, you have to create different account, but it won't let you create another account with the same email and personal details. So do I have to create another account with fake personal details and keep filling in new email addresses?

We found Joy to be both prickly and abusive by trash talking members of my team to others. When improvements were suggested she would reject them and not listen to our needs. Sadly CEO Marcus Ashby Appears to be her biggest supporter.

My team regulary complained about Joy Dias and all asked to be taken off the project at some point. The system has now operated for sometime, however, it was a very painful and long process as no target dates were ever achieved

Popular in the mining industry and a great system for any business. Systems training was provided and the trainer was very knowledgeable and supportive. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Great flexibility within the system for individual business needs. IT backup and support is excellent, easy to use with the ability to capture or reproduce critical data. Exceeded expectation with continuous improvements towards todays needs required from a safety system within the mining industry. INX delivers.

I am a long term client of INX Software (7+ years), utilitising a number of the modules in the application suite. The current functionality on offer exceeds the requirements of the business I am currently employed by.

In addition to the application (s) themselves, the personnel within the business are a great group of knowledgeable people who I have come to know very well over the years. If there is a query, an issue/problem arises, the team will work with you to achieve the required solution.
