Kylie is our property manager - she is proactive, provides super clear communications and very fast at getting things done. She is also really customer focused too, so even when I know I may be acting like a bit of a painful client asking too many questions she always gives whatever help I need 100%+ - no worries. They seem to have invested in the appropriate systems and processes so everything runs smoothly and details are great. Inspection reports are on time, highly detailed, they take really useful photo's and take action from it so I don't feel like I need to check-in or chase them on where things are up to like I have had to in the past with other agents.
