Not even worth a rating, from the country so rang to check availability, got the impression I was imposing on someone’s precious time, told yes yes, of course we have it, drove all the way to shop only to find out nil stock, not a way to run a business that caters for country clients, very disappointed in there attitude.

I barely even wanted to put 1 star!
I was clearly buying equipment but instead I was basically followed the whole time! So I put my things back and just walked out!

Bought my 12 year old his first full sized bat. Great service and advice. Didnt try and get me to buy the most expensive but the right one for him.

The young chap who helped me was patient and polite, which is important to me as an elderly person.

We were looking for Rabbitos shirts for our sons funeral. When i called the staff were more than happy to put some aside for us. And due to the circumstances he discounted them for us.

Advertise 5.30pm closing time. Switched off all lights at 5.20pm without any warning. Left myself and two kids in complete darkness. They still had other customers trying on shoes. Unpleasant experience.

I am a cricketer visiting Perth from Hobart. Mike was incredibly, knowledgeable, and helpful in assisting with my cricket needs. He re-gripped my bat, and provided other advice and expertise with regard to my bat and in choosing a pair of spikes. I enjoyed the conversation, and he took a real interest in me as well as asking about my cricket journey. Highly recommend this venue for all cricket needs for any level participant.

Awesome customer service when it counted. When I had to return a faulty piece of gym equipment, the owner was great. They got the distributer in to replace it, build it themselves and make sure it was perfect. And they kept me in the loop the whole time. It's this kind of service that you only get at a locally owned sports store.

Been there once after finding out none of the stuff I needed from the Rebel website was actually available in-store. Will be back.

Family owned, very helpful, a good range for all different sports and gave me a discount because of my affiliations with sport clubs around the area. Would definitely recommend!
