Both personally and professional Its the best course I've attended. Highly recommend this course for anyone that has hit a fork in the road and is wandering what they should do next. This is a significant time of change in the Aged Care and Disability sectors with many challenges but also opportunities. The ability of organisations to thrive rests upon a clear strategy, engaged staff and great skills to implement and lead change. Working with the team at Integral Develomemt has assisted the team considerably working with individuals through targeted coaching as well as group work. The process has been supportive, exploring and challenging underpinning momentum and critical thinking. This was highly valued by the team members as well as the broader business.

I would highly recommend leaders to use this organisation for leadership training and development. I am benefitted by the mentorship and I will continue to do so in order to build my capacity. I am lucky to have Liz Harris as my mentor, she's amazing.

Recently I have undertaken Integral Developments 'Leading for Impact' program. The content, delivery and relevance of the program has had such an impact on me that I have since had Liz work with my School Leadership Team to develop our skills in 'Intent Based' leadership. They have all expressed how relevant and empowering the content and delivery was. I am also working with Liz as an Executive Coach and she has made me feel safe and capable of facing challenging difficult challenges. I can't speak highly enough of Integral as a company and the Integral Team.

Integral Women in Leadership (IWIL) course by Integral Development was an adventurous journey of discovery of my strengths, qualities and capabilities, both professionally and personally. It was an incredibly empowering and enriching 4 days in a nurturing and guided environment with compassionate, professional and inspirational women such as Liz Harris and Hannah Fitzhardinge. After my 4 days was over, I left a new woman. Thank you to Liz, Hannah and the other amazing coaches for such an amazing course. I couldn't recommend it high enough. Keep up the great work and growing the women of Perth.
