7After waiting for over a month for another insurance broker to sort insurance for our small business, we reached out to Liam. Liam had a quote back to us within one day that was very competitive. Liam was super helpful in explaining everything and very knowledgeable. Whilst Liam was on leave, we had to urgently change our insurance, we reached out and Monique helped us. Again, Monique had a revised quote back to us within one day, no issues at all. Great customer service, highly recommend! We have only been using Integra insurance brokers for a very short time but our experience so far has been incredible.
All dealings were via phone call (1600kms away) easy to deal with and knew straight away what plans would suit me the best. Saved at least $1200 on first policy, highly recommend.

I remember Paul Shand going above and beyond in assisting our daughter, Joanne, whose car was hit by an unlicenced driver. Joanne only had third party insurance for her vehicle but Paul through his endeavours with the insurance company managed to track the owner of the other vehicle and have our daughter's large repair bill paid in full.
