Insurge is my go to for any event wear. Need a dress for a wedding? Insurge. Need a hens outfit? Insurge. I even got my reception dress from here. Incredible range so you know you won’t be wearing the same as anyone else. The girls are so helpful and even sort alterations.

I was sold a dress that had previously been worn and was not informed of this upfront. Staff covered this up by offering me a discount. When I called back to inquire, I was told the tag simply must have fallen off. I have since confirmed that the dress had in fact already been worn and placed back on the rack to sell. It was stretched and the sizing was off. No return/exchange offered. Very disappointed. Won’t shop here again.

The best service you will find anywhere! I'm based in Melbourne and needed a dress to be delivered ASAP. Insurge went above and beyond to the dress to me in time for my engagement party. I ordered it late Monday afternoon at it arrived Midday on Wednesday! Not only were they super friendly and helpful but also provided a 10% discount code. Seriously made my whole week. I will definitely purchase from them again. The delivery fee is worth the service!

The $390 Hamptons dress I bought for Christmas Day arrived on Tuesday with a yellow mark on the front, like it had already been worn.
I don't normally pay that much for a dress like that, but for Christmas Day I treated myself.
I sent Insurge an email, with no reply or any form of contact.
I'm so disappointed

I love shopping at Insurge. Hannah the owner is absolutely amazing. I can literally give her a call or send her a message asking for help with anything and she sorts me out, from having an outfit crisis to needing a present. She has a great eye for what suits people and always picks out things that i end up loving even if I'm not 100% sure about them in the beginning. Amazing service is hard to come by these days, second to none.

12/10 Customer Service. Stock is always changing, and the girls in the store are always willing to help. I always leave the store with a big smile on my face and knowing my purchases are worth it, the girls are graet at styling and finding items that suit your body type.
