Great service from the very friendly staff however the shoes I purchased were not suitable for orthotics though I clearly articulated this when I walked in with them in my hands. Was certain it was an oversight. Under Australian Consumer Law I am entitled to a refund yet was offered a credit note (breach). Was aghast the manager actually had to ask me how orthotic friendly differ (structurally different). Have had to put in a Consumer complaint following the link from Consumer Protection who confirmed my rights. Great staff yet undone and my visit blemished by the uneducated management. Wish I read the Facebook posts on them!

Update - full refund provided per advices of DMIR following complaint. Unfortunately it took over 3months and a formal complaint to get what was rightfully mine due to their error. I STILL did not get acknowledged or an apology which is astounding to me?

Always have usually what l'm chasing plus at great price and very comfy. Example pair of white lace up $39, lady comes in wearing sane shoes asked her if comfortable and yes but mine came from D JONES $250 LEATHER. Well l couldn't tell the difference unless l got down and felt them! For $39 l did well so comfy and not leather! But in saying that l'm the type that would go and buy the leather, $250 but not this time saw absolutely no need to pay that kind of money! So $39 ones came home with me and l live in them and a pair of white, light runners soo comfy to at $39 as well and l was about to pay $250 for another name brand. So glad l didn't. Hence l love and live in both for $80 instead of $500

Looking for shoes to wear for wedding. Staff know there trade, very helpful, I went in on November 3rd. Explained my feet problems & what I was basically looking for, the staff member made a suggestion. They didn't have the colour I wanted. Found them online. Went back on the 7th & purchased the black pair. Beautiful shoes top quality & comfortable. Park directly in front of business. Cannot wait to see there sales.

The best place to buy shoes in Perth, They have a huge range and always keep up with the trends. Shoes are beautiful and staff friendly and know their shoes.
Always have sales and never can leave without buying a pair most times more than just one.

In the last 5 or so years, I think I have literally bought all my shoes and boots here! (as well as once at their branch in Applecross).
In a world of cheap and nasty, here you still get excellent quality products that are made well, fit well and look good and because these shoes last so much longer, they work out the better bargain in the end.

I bought a pair of low boots at the shop. A day after, I come to realised they are faulty but the manager refused to take them back. Horrible costumer service. I am planning to go to Consumer Affairs with this issue.
