I will recommend perth campus. I have completed my certificate III HSA and immediately got the job in government sector. I have refer my friend to do the same course.
The admin staff was very helpful. One of the staff named Saher, helped me throughout the course. She was very kind to me. All my problems were attended quickly and efficiently.
Ill highly recommend this institute to anyone looking for a career in this healthcare.

I would recommend IHNA to anyone who wants to enrol in any of their courses. I enjoyed doing my course there, what better way to learn in an environment where you actually enjoy the learning process.specialy thanks Praveen, Saher Abdas. Thanks you

My second placement first started at Bridgetown hospital where all accommodation was provided for two weeks. The lodge where I stayed at was very good.

Maribeth visited me and two other students at the end of the first week of my placement. She was very kind and wanted us to express any concerns we had with the hospital. She stated that we received very good feedback and she was very happy for us. She was very easy to communicate with and helped us with questions regarding the placement book. She listened to each student’s questions equally and answered them with no problems.

Monique is my educator and she is the best educator that a student can ask for. She is very friendly and easy to communicate with. She listens to everybody's concerns and is very understanding. She had an online session with us on our second week of placement in Bridgetown. She asked us about our stay, and she was very happy that we had a pleasant experience. She also helped us with questions regarding our placement book and helped us with answering the difficult questions.

Preema has supported me and my classmates so much as our admin staff. She went beyond her way to make sure that our assessment is marked and up to date. She is always keen to help and giving us feedback back on. She makes sure our documents are correct and updated regularly. Preema is such a amazing staff and respectful as well as friendly.

I had really bad experience with IHNA. I will never suggest it to any of my friends. Very poor management system. Being international student I paid 32 thousand dollars and to get my certificate I had to literally fight with them due to poor management system. Even after raising so many tickets, emails and calls to student support I did not got any reply back. Had a worse experience of my life. They mentioned that for any enquiry come after 3pm and if you go there they will ask to book an appointment. I only found Seher, Harsh and Preema helpful in the management system. Thanks to them that they helped me a lot. Moreover, justin the campus manger is the only person if you can approach him directly he will sort out your academic issue as soon as possible.

The staff who works here are excellent. Despite the current circumstances, they've done their best in helping me and a few other students through the predicament. Praveena, Harsh, Saher, Dhanya, Chrissy and some more were really nice and are truly fantastic people. I recommend this school to future students.

Sub_ Acute Care placement, was really good. I enjoyed my placement. I learned new skills and I gained a lot of knowledge. My course coordinator was really helpful, encouraging us to try new things, making sure we are on time for handover so we don't miss out on anything and gain new skills.

Was provided with a great opportunity to do my semester 2 placement in Bridgetown hospital. This was a great learning experience for me. The nurses there and all the staff members were very friendly and always involved me in all patient care which really helped me to improve in most of my nursing skills. The nurses at Bridgetown hospital always provided me with feedback on all the tasks which helped me improve and be better at the tasks I was being assessed on.
My next placement was at SwanCare - Kingia, great facility, the nursing staff and carers were all friendly and always involved me in all the care and helped improve in my nursing skills

Worst institute ever.
These people don’t care about students. I completed my cert 3 individual support, in august last year until now I’ve never been called for placements.they still take money out of my account. I booked an appointment I went there and they asked me to go home because the teacher is not available yet they were the same people who asked me to come. I really regret choosing this institute.they don’t respond to calls or emails

I did a great mistake for choosing this institute, worst institute ever i have seen. The management is not good they don't care about the student and their future as per example my visa gonna be expire on 30/12/020 and still i am waiting for the new COE they are not responding my calls and emails i don't know what to do as i am a international student i am not allowed stay without visa. Its been like a one year i finished my theory class and waiting for the placement. Everything is delay no good communication

Finished my course of Diploma of Nursing last year (theoretical), but i've been waiting for my placements until now. Unfair thing is that the domestic students are getting more priority where international students are tired of extending visas. Trying to contacts them and talking to them face to face since last few months but now they are ignoring saying we don't have placements at the moment whereas I see other students who are still studying semester 4 are getting their placement.
Very bad at management and worse behaviour to those international students who are actually relying on them.

I wish I DONT have to give them one star because it’s not worth it. I have a lot of history with IHNA first sem having no proper educator, organising the SBA’s and placements was horrible experience. And the assessment is written in weird English that sometimes it doesn’t make sense, sometime they would ask for the answer that is very long that can’t be put in less then 30 words. The referencing they ask is impossible to get which will lead you failing. I Withdrawed immediately as possible as I don’t want to be drown by them I was becoming mentally un healthy. Please don’t fall into a trap and waste your money and time. Go to open college or Tafe. They will always sugar coat their excuses. I’ve been patient enough that I’ve had enough with their bs.
