Big cheaters in Mandurah. I buy washing machine from them at that time they said 1 month warranty of that washing machine. The machine was faulty when i go back to shop they said their is no warranty. Thiefs

You can't trust them so I wouldn't go there again. What all the other bad comments say is true. Changes the word without any basis and when you try to understand, you are treated like a fool. This is a place to go to if you don't care about your dignity.

Stay away at all cost! Very bad customer service and ethics. The manager thinks so highly of herself and confuses you to cover her own mistakes. Even they offer a warrenty, it seemed it will basically depend on the mood of the manager at that time and she changes her mind within seconds. So wouldnt rely on the warrenty until you are sure you will sue them. The place has potential with a new management.

The staff are great helpful well presented and the female staff member was a delight to deal with having read other reviews I think the handful of negative people simple are not getting what they want, not what is fair and reasonable by experience and well informed staff members after all it is a cash loan/ pawn shop I think their expectations well exceeded there affordability and what they had to offer. I highly recommend local residents or local shoppers to use this small business supporting the Mandurah business and keeping local people employed, and from my knowledge the female staff member has a well proven back ground and knowlage of her work and her experience is well noted.well done young lady your a joy to deal with.
