Bernie is lovely! I have just started with Inspire Physiotherapy and I can highly recommend their services. Her personal service, up to date and excellent knowledge has helped me get through some injuries that I thought I had for life! I have been to a few physio's where you're just a number. Can't recommend inspire highly enough.
Bernie is the best physiotherapist I've ever been too. Very friendly and thorough and attentive to your needs. Bernie has been my physiotherapist for the last 10 years and she helped me after having a motor vehicle accident and fixed my back and neck problems. She has also been wonderful in helping me recover from having had a bi lateral mastectomy and reconstruction from breast cancer by working on my lat dorsi muscles where they were cut and flipped to the front of my chest. Bernie also has worked on my husband and son with sport injuries and back and neck problems too. Bernie is friendly and has a beautiful heart and soul and I highly recommend her.
I have been to physiotherapists over the years for different training injuries and recently I hurt my back quite badly. Inspire Physiotherapy and Wellness was recommended to me so when I had no luck at my normal physio I decided to go and see Bernie. Her whole approach to physiotherapy is different to what I have experienced before. Her knowledge and care is exceptional and I was pain free after the first visit. I was given exercises to do which I still do regularly and have noticed an improvement in my flexibility since my first visit. I can't recommend her enough and have referred others to her who have experienced the same as I have.
