Bought a sofa bed here less than 8 months ago, it’s already started sinking? We rarely use it as well as it’s for a spare room. We even purchased it here then saw an ad elsewhere for $200 cheaper.

I bought mattress: affordable price with quality product alongside wonderful customer service.

We bought some furnitures, and had the delivery on a Saturday while assembling the furniture two door notes were missing so I checked all the box more than 2 times to make sure if it’s somewhere but didn’t find it so I called them and told them about it and the lady said she would call me back in 5 mins which never happened. So I messaged them on Facebook that I am coming to the store and they sent me a thumbs up.
And when I got there, the lady who spoke with me said it’s the suppliers fault and was pretty rude, happens to be the same lady on the phone.
I also work in the retail and hospitality business so that lady named Hannah needs to learn some customer service and communication.

Furniture is absolutely rubbish. Spent a gee on the sleepover. I feel like it was 200 to make of that. Had problems they repair half the issue. Msg about the other no reply. Cheap Furniture marked up. 5 stars rating because they give to 20 off lol

Had fantastic customer service by a young man. And it took us quite a while after sitting on every lounge they had in store. He was patient and very easy to talk with without being pushy

Price is fairly cheap but customer service to a bit bad. Warranty is only 1 year even for mattress, if its malaysian product so you only get 1 yr. Delivery is bad, you pay for it and they expect to just drop it in front of your house unless you help. Not a really good experience.

Innovation furniture has all the bed and mattress which I wanted and moreover customer service is really nice.
However I recommend all the people in future to walk in and deal with it!

If they had the option to give half stars I would have given them a 2.5 star rating, only because the service was just okay. Don't get me wrong she was very friendly and attentive to us as customers and put up with us. But I was not happy with how pushy the sales woman was. Telling me that there are a limited stock trying to pressure us into buying the lounge set. Once I finally caved, I said I'd put a down payment/deposit. She said that it had to be 30% of the total, which was a fair price. The down payment ended up to be about $350 then she the rounded up to $400 then she also added a surcharge on top of the deposit! I know the surcharge isn't a lot of money but if I'm spending $1200 in total and if I choose not to go ahead with this company I wouldn't be entitled to a refund on the money I had placed as deposit. I was super hesitant to put money towards these couches in the first place, as they all looked and felt cheap and once she kept piling all these extra charges on I knew it would have been a bad purchase. The Felicia lounge set that we were looking at the size was great and it was super comfy but the material that it was made from didn't seem like it would last more then a year. To me it seem pointless spending this much money when I could have gone to Harvey Norman instead ad purchased the couch i really wanted. At least they wouldn't have pushed me into a deal that I was not comfortable with. Will not be recommending this store or the second hand store they own to anyone. Too money hungry for such cheaply built lounges.

Just bought a sectional for our new home, great professional service, very good price for high quality products. Will buy again.
