Inner Truth Counselling and Psychotherapy

I was looking for someone who could help me deal with my PTSD through EMDR therapy and Jenean was recommended to me and it has really changed my life.
Jenean, from Inner Truth Councelling is so thorough in her diagnosis process and she help build great tools that helped support me through the experience.
She is an amazing and wonderful person to top it off who really sees you as an individual.
My overall scoring with my levels of distress were at 99% when I started with her, I honestly didn’t know how I would be able to keep going. I now am relieved from the intrusive thoughts, panic and fear that came from years of past trauma and I feel blessed that she helps one’s of all ages through the process.
I would recommend her to everyone and have been since we met.
If you’re nervous about therapy or are interested in EMDR treatment and don’t know where to turn, I would implore you to see her. I have spoken with so many friends about the treatment already… but thought the whole Perth- Mandurah… well where ever you live, the drive will be worth it and eventually it will be a drive with a calm mind and heart… which I heard was how it’s suppose to be, but only experience now!
