LOVE my inner ego juice cleanses. I do the 3 day ones and I don't find it challenging at all. The variety, the taste and the convenience make for such a great expirience. Will definitely be ordering again soon.

Just finished the 2 day cleanse and absolutely loved it - the meals were amazing and all the juices were fresh & surprisingly filling! Definitely recommend doing on a regular basis and so easy to order online!

I absolutely love Inner Ego. The juices and meals are fresh and delicious. I use them all the time when I need a reboot or just time poor and want something healthy delivered to my door. The order process is easy too which is a plus.

I have completed 3 juice cleanses via inner ego, so easy to order and delivery is great!
This week I am doing a full 5 day detox - which includes food - so juices and FRESH (soooo tasty) vegan meals. Honestly the food is better than I could have imagined, so fresh, so packed with flavour I am feeling really good and it has inspired me to keep going eating healthier.

I'm currently on day one of my 5 day detox and I'm already blown away by the quality of the food and juices. HUGE serving sizes and it all tastes incredible. Plus the communication with them has been wonderful too. Even if you're not wanting to detox, it's suuuper healthy food delivered to your door for when you don't have time to cook/juice but still want to feel really good. I would highly recommend them and I will certainly be ordering again? I'd give 10 stars if I could!

I ordered the REVIVE 3 day juice cleanse, and it arrived this morning at around 6am. Got a text message and photo of the package at my front door, (amazing delivery service!). My hubby and I were so excited to try it. The packaging is beautiful, the glass jars are a really good size. So far, we've had 5 out of the day's 8 juices. Absolutely in love with each one, and feeling fabulous! So much so, I'm going online to order a few more days Cleanse, as my body is loving this! Can't more highly recommend these products!

The juices are amazing, the number one is difficult to drink for me but besides that they are all sensational! Really clever ingredients and combinations that are both nutritious and delicious.:)

I've done a number of the amazing cleanses from Inner Ego. They are the perfect reset. By day two I'm always jumping out of my skin with energy and my mind is clear. The juices are wonderful and the food is incredible too. Excellent customer service and home delivery is a huge bonus too. Highly recommend.

Just tried the 3 day winter juice cleanse and was pleasantly surprised. Delivery was really convenient and the juices/soups were delicious. I've never tried anything like this before but after a 3 week European holiday of over indulging and just not eating enough healthy foods, thought it was worth a shot. Lost 2.5kgs, no longer bloating and feel great. Will wait a couple of weeks and try one of the other options.

Absolutely LOVE Inner Ego cleanses. I am on my 4th one and always feel much better after. Gets me back on track when I’ve been a bit lazy and not so healthy. Lynda is so helpful and answers any questions I have.

I live an extremely busy lifestyle, always on the go jet-setting around the Nation every 2days.
I am always eating take out or hotel food,
Inner ego is now my life saver to a healthier life balance.
The juices are so refreshing and yum, i think it gives a energy boost.
I will be adding this to my diet atleast once a week now.
However the cost of delivery can make it expensive.
And its only worth it if you book a 3 day detox.

Having never tried a cleanse of any sort before, to say I was nervous/sceptical of possible results and effects is an understatement!
The week started with quite some surprise of how much food was involved in the raw food part of the cleanse. Not only that, but the the taste was top notch too!
I then moved to a 2 day juice cleanse at the end. I felt better than I had in a long time and had the energy to continue my hectic gym routine as per normal.
With first class customer service provided right from the beginning, I would rate the complete experience a 10/10! I am already onto my second order and would not hesitate to recommend Lynda and Inner Ego to anyone wanting to feel their absolute best.

After doing my first 3 day cleanse a while ago, I’ve been hooked ever since! I love that you get 8 juices instead of others that only offer 7 too. The 3 day cleanse helped me feel amazing and helped me loose a few kgs! Absolutely in love, never felt as good as I do after the revive classic cleanse
