My favourite local shop, great pricing with generous portion sizes.

I go here all the time and love the people who run the shop!

Food is really nice but we had a Uber driver eat half our chips when we had it delivered. Seal your food.

Slop wrapped up in a flat bread. So much sauce you could pour it out. Had to eat it with a spoon. Feels like I just drank a bottle of sweet chilli sauce. 1 star. Good chips though.

It is sad to see what happened with once my go-to place. The cafe was sold 1-1.5 years ago and boy it went downhill since then. It used to be croudy and fresh meat was always on the grill. Last 2 times I was there it was empty, the grill was off and they heat up the old meat which makes it dry and not pleasant.
The portion struggled as well. Once it was a kebab - a lot of meat (at least 50-60%) with some salad, tomato, onion and a wrap. Now 70% is a salad, 10% is tomato and onion and only 20% of the actual meat. You can't heat up the salad and because it's not enough meat - your food is always cold.
All of it lead to customers being vanished, which leads to no meat on the grill, significantly less meat in a kebab etc. This circle is unbreakable unless the new management takes over.
I'd suggest to the current owner of the cafe to sell it asap. End your financial struggle and give a chance to the cafe to become good again.

Unfortunately one member of our group got immediate food poisoning after eating a doner kebab here.

Most amazing service, owners were pleasant to deal with. Food was delicious & quick, even added extra meat for free.

Food was cold
Ordered double meat and got a small amount of meat not even enough for a plain kebab, also asked no onions and they added onion, chilli not even enough to taste,
Also a kebab box order had large amount of chip when only salad ordered
Not happy with the service at all
Tried to ring and got not after an hour of calling.
Won’t use these people again!

Amazing kebabs! We had falafel the lot kebab and it was delicious. Nice staff and very clean shop.

This is the worst beef gozleme I have ever had dry meat no sauce. I understand why the shop is completely customerless at 12md. I think they need to up their game when there are plenty more kebab stores around serving quality

Asked for a Spinach gozleme & got a parsley one. Well, can't say much when staff ran out of an ingredient & didn't have the courtesy to tell the customer. Instead they just stuffed it with something else & hoped the customer wouldn't come back (got that part right). Been going for years. Won't be returning again for a parsley gozleme

Used to be great. Unfortunately the two women working there do not listen. Service is atrocious. The past two times our order has been wrong. They talk over you when ordering so no surprise but for example tonight we had two meat box’s smothered in some horrible mint sauce that wasn’t even asked for? ! Won’t be back, waste of money.

Delicious kebabs, generous servings, clean and, just as importantly, POLITE service from the well-mannered young women who are serving at the counter. For some reason, almost all kebab restaurants have staff that are always aggressive and belligerent, as if the customer is below them and serving them is somehow inconvenient, regardless of the neighbourhood they may be located. This place is different- it has the woman's touch, and we will be back as often as we can!

Not happy. Delivered one kebab instead of two and told me I need to drive there and get the other one I already paid for. Told them I didn't have car which is why I got it delivered. Never order from there

Don’t order it on take away apps regardless of how close you live.kebab arrived cold and hard. Chips were soggy but at least it’s the only thing that’s hot…

Really tasty kebab, and good value for what you get! Generous meat and sauce servings. Only thing holding it back from 5 stars is the inexperienced staff at the counter, and underdone chips.

I think there are new owners who've only recently taken over, so as soon as they get into the groove a bit more (and keep the chips frying longer!) I'm sure this could be a 5 star kebab joint.

I have visited this kebab shop and had my meal with my wife and we really enjoyed with the lovely taste and great service of the staff

Sadly wrong order provided to Uber for delivery, then after call they appear to have delivered the cold version of the correct order over 30 mins later, all ended up in the bin so same vote as received value- zero!

Don't order it on uber eats, they'll skimp out with the food and its guaranteed to arrive cold no matter how close you are. And if you do dine in, watch for the senior male cook, always rude and demeaning.

We had tender chicken gozleme and chicken snack box today (total $25). It was delicious with perfect amount of meat and sauces.
