We were so thrilled to finally able to rent out our very 1st investment with Infinite Wealth. We were supposed to start last year but Nick Hayes was very supportive and waited on us patiently until we told him we were ready to resume our interest in buying a property this year. We purchased our first investment property in Qld, Feb 2020, it was handed over to us mid October 2020 and rented out before end of that same month! Even if we are not able to visit or see it in person due to Covid-19, the journey was smooth and the team was very supportive. We are now looking forward to our next investment. I attened one of the seminars at Burswood once upon a time and was pressured into 'signing up and paying $800' on the spot - what can I say the spill Tim gave was very persuasive.

After a week or so of being a 'life time member' my wife and I wanted to withdraw and it took weeks of going back and forth - they didn't want to refund us. They tried all sorts of tricks, emails, calls and ended up going in for a meeting and finally I got the refund in the end.

From our short experience, they are rounding up clients to 'group buy' new house & land property in supposed hot spots around Australia and they make commision on managing your properties and all other areas of your finances. I'm glad we never went ahead, as our financial circumstances changed 12 months later and I'm certain we would be out of pocket a lot of money if we had gone adhead.

Our experience with Infinite Wealth has been fantastic, the goal is to be financially free and with their expertise and guidance, our journey is well under way to achieve that. Nick Hayes has been absolutely brilliant from day one, always available and he came up with the answers every time, it’s made the whole process stress free dealing with such a pro. Cailin has also been amazing throughout, there has been a lot of administrative items that were new to us and with her eye for detail she made sure we were up to date and didn’t have any delays.

Tim Guest seemed pretty cool to begin with however over time I realised him and his company ended up being very aloof and deceptive, there was really actually no care and no accountability.
I had a really negative experience with them and i'm not sure how they justify a lifetime membership of close to 1K when I will never work with them again.
I really believe I should have my money returned to me, it is clear they only care about lining their own pockets. The newly built property was damaged and their Infinite Real Estate team were neglectful and from what I heard, they treated the tenants extremely badly, constantly doing the wrong thing by them and their contract with them. I can definitely agree on that one. Unfortunately, I am not the only one who's received the same experience, many others did too and reading the reviews on Infinite Real Estate you begin to get a feel of their "no care" factor.
I don't know about you, but if i'm going to make money I want to make sure all parties are happy, and everyone is getting a good deal.
I don't usually leave negative comments, however I truly feel everyone needs to have a cold, hard look in the mirror and stop gaslighting and stonewalling people who are bringing up legitimate issues of your contracts to you.
My advice is have a lawyer on the side, hopefully they don't treat other clients with disrespect when they themselves are out of line. Be careful being on their bad side because honestly they can get very nasty and explosive and they know a lot of people in the industry. They are not afraid to character assassinate you within and out of their company when you speak up about them doing the wrong thing in their business and towards others.
I'm pretty sure most of those reviews are actually his own team who he pays over 100k and then supports them through their own growth and equity, so yeah for sure they're going to give him great reviews.
They constantly breached my privacy.
This hateful and vindictive mentality needs to stop.

Thanks to a great team of professionals who are passionate and genuine in what they say and do. We had stumbled upon a free seminar nearly 2 years ago, and were blown away with opportunities within reach! Keep calling me. I keep telling them I'm not interested and to remove my details from their records. My "friend" gave them my details. (Apparently they asked my friend for contacts of people that may be interested.) My concern is that any company that needs to do this is desperate and has dubious business ethics.

Went to one of the free seminars. Tim made some very good points and the crew are all very straightforward and friendly.
Was not something I would get into as property seems like a pretty lameo thing to get into.
Money is the only thing left that I need to conquer and I'd prefer to do it in a more unique way.
However, Tim lays it on the line for you. If you follow his recipe, EXACTLY, you will make a lot of money.
