Industry Skills Training (IST) Malaga

I studied for the Cert 111 in Allied Health at the Armadale Campus.

All the administration staff are wonderful and helpful, answering any questions you may have and finding out information for you if they don't know the answers.

Heather was my trainer and I enjoyed being in her class. Heather made learning fun and engaging and Heather has a fantastic sense of humour and a great way of teaching.

Thankyou Heather for everything.

I would highly recommend IST for any of the training courses that they offer.

Great place to study, has a relaxing environment trainers and reception staff are all quite friendly and helpful.

It’s so good going somewhere were you’re made to feel welcomed and with such diverse backgrounds and cultures under the same roof, everyone from the admin to the teachers, the IT and consulting team are also amazing.

The subjects are relevant and easy to grasp in my opinion and they’re delivered by teachers who are knowledgeable using language that are easily understood.

What great place to learn and the facilitators so patient

Each and every experience/correspondence with staff from IST has been exceptional. From Aaron who presents courses to groups of future students who is so passionate about what he does, to Kathy who always has a bright smile on her face to Molly from the office responding kindly to emails and always happy to help. I would definitely recommend IST to anyone who is wanting to study and not sure which RTO to choose.

Maree has been so lovely throughout this whole journey. It was a bit slow at the start but once we all gained momentum it was pretty smooth sailing. She is a great trainer and I couldn’t have picked a better trainer.

Great trainers, excellent staff. Always happy to help when I needed it. And free pizza every week, who can complain about that?: D

I found the courses to be easy to follow and very informative. The lecturers were all fantastic, lovely people. It was nice to meet new students and collaborating with them was easy and fun. I highly recommend this training institute for creating new opportunities.

My lecturer Reg of my course really knows what he is talking about and makes it easy to learn. Everyone there is very friendly and welcoming from the first step through the door you are greeted with a good morning and a huge smile from Molly as you walked down the hallway everyone greets you.
I am glad to have found IST as it feels like a family there.

Great place to study.would give it 5 starts but unfortunately our room has no aircon and in this heat it's crazy hot in there.

Every staff member at IST is exceptionally lovely. The institute is very receptive to feedback, very considerate of students' circumstances, and committed to making changes that benefit students.
IST put an admirable amount of effort into holding a significant R U OK? Day event which was a lot of fun, and holds regular pizza lunch days. The coursework here is really helpful for people of various experience levels and its relevance to real workplaces is clear.

I have just completed my cert 3 warehousing operations at malaga. I find the staff to be accommodating and helpful. Depending on which course you complete they have everything set up as in real time. The course units are in some aspect easy but some is mind boggling, the trainers are there to help and have many years experience to help you through. I have made life long friends and have enjoyed my time even learning new things. Thanks ist! Dont forget the ladies on the front counter are the most important people you will meet. Have recommended friends and family to study here.
