Indian Twist (Award Winning Restaurant)

We organised my sons first party and him being very young and a lot of friends and family coming over from interstate and overseas, we didn’t have much time to plan things. Indian twist made our life easy and took care not only food but arranged DJ, decor and photographers as well. Staff was very professional and friendly and food was amazing.

Very good experience, from start our experience was great, very professional! Good venue, good food and good management. Thanks Amrit bro, our party was arranged really well by you and the staff!

I'm Amandeep, the one who shared feedback about your place. Couldn't reply with the same ID. The food pic was taken right then. Sadly, we had to bin the whole meal after just two bites. We slept hungry on that day because of your food. As we made mistake on that day as we order according to rating nd we waste our money also. For your kind information again, photos was take at same time. Please don’t give excuses to everyone. I can see the biryani photo also of Rahul.

DO NOT order from this dreadful restaurant. Dont waste your money The so-called food is a disaster – not only did it taste like regret, but it also wreaked havoc on my stomach. I was unable to go to work because of stomach pain. I attached an image to give you a glimpse of the culinary catastrophe I endured. Honestly, starving would be a more enjoyable option than wasting your money here. Spare yourself the agony and find a better place to satisfy your hunger. Really, if i had option to give 0 rating, i gave 0. Really very disappointed. You can see tha attached images. You can imagine the food taste.
Lastly, dont go according to the rating, i did same mistake nd waste my money, plus cant go to work

The tikka marsala was fab. But we were the one table in the restaurant! Obviously busy later in the week.

Who knew that this little gem would have produced some of the best indian cuisine I have ever tasted. The dishes aren't drowning in creamy sauces like other places seem to do. And hot means hot. That chicken vindaloo was sublime as was the potato and eggplant. I seriously recommend this place if you are looking for authentic flavours.

Ordered twice now, very good servings of meat, have asked for medium and now hot. Both very nice. Will definitely be an on going customer to try more dishes.

Walking in the door this restaurant makes you feel special by walking down a red carpet to be seated. The staff are extremely attentive and the service is outstanding.
The food was delicious and so very well presented to provide an appetite for the eyes not just for the mouth.
The spices and aromas definitely fulfilled our appetite for a traditional Indian experience.
A fantastic restaurant that should be experienced - highly recommend.

Came across this restaurant by accident (been living here a long time and never knew it was here) while searching for something new to try.and thank goodness i did!
The venue was well fitted out and modern which was a very pleasant first impression.
The woman on the floor was very pleasant and interacted with us, it was easy to see that she was proud and interested in the business.
The food was amazing and i havnt tasted anything as good since moving to Australia in 2007! I've missed the taste of food from back home (Scotland). I know im not from India or even Indian for that matter but I have been a lover if Indian curries since my teenage years.
Having such a good dine in meal, i decided to try a take away a few days later to see if the quality was the same and i was pleased to find it was just as pleasant.

My friend’s engagement party was hosted at Indian Twist Restaurant and we were amazed with the service from the start till the end.staff was amazing in assisting and answering all our questions. On the night the service and food was brilliant, all our guests loved the venue. I couldn’t speak more highly of the venue itself and all the friendly and helpful staff who made such an awesome night possible. Massive thanks also to Manager owner who has been a pleasure to work with throughout the whole planning process. Would 110% recommend hosting an event here? Highly recommended by us!

Offered free papadums through the Uber app with orders over $35. They did not send the papadums after ordering almost $100 of food from them. When I rang to ask they told me it was my fault and then hung up on me, saying that you need to order papadums on top of your order even though they list it to be included for free, it’s a scam to get you to order from there through the Uber eats app. Worst customer service that I have ever witnessed. Any decent restaurant would have just said all good come pick up your free papadums instead of just hanging up.if I could give a negative star rating I would. Don’t order from here.

Also the food that we did actually get was terrible. Do not order the tandoori chicken or the butter chicken whatever you do

Notice how almost every 1 star review gets a reply from the owner pretending they have no record of them as a customer? This restaurant should be closed down.

Food was delicious. Good sized servings, tasty and served in a timely manner. The lady who served us was friendly and happy to explain menu. We had a lovely night and will definitely be back. Thank you

Recently had family function at this place,
Terrible service to our guests by the owner,
Keep on running out of food, our guests kept waiting while owner was busy servicing uber eats, The owner was rude about filling up the food, Their projector keep on turning
Off and had poor lighting system,
Stay away from this place for family functions I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

Dear owner,
We were aware of that food is only upto 10pm, all i am saying is before 10pm the whole time buffet was running out of food and was not getting filled even after asking the staff so many times ;looks like they were just ignoring.
And regarding your projector system was cutting off ;
You never told any one that it cuts off on high volume (not even your staff was aware of it when they were trying to fix it)
Did you tell anyone about limit of volume? And did you came out when asked to fix it up when it cuts off more than 4 times or were you busy in taking online orders? So stop blaming someone else.
It was your responsibility to make sure the buffet is full all the time and you staff know about projector system.

Din in at Indian twist yesterday with my family who recently came from India. Wonderful experience and amazing venue. The interior was phenomenal. Superb food and the service was exceptional. Highly recommended to everyone for parties.

We have had takeaway from Indian Twist twice and dined in twice. On all these occasions we found the food wonderful and the service exceptional. This is now our go to Indian restaurant and intend to work thru their extensive menu.

Here everything is good, mostly garlic nan and Goat curry was Jimmy, and specially service was excellent

Worst restaurant in Australia since I came, worst customer service, average food. Extremely long wait times, we had to cancel rest of our order but they didn’t say even a single word of apology. I would give zero star if there was an option and would never recommend to anyone.
